  Very professional, attentive and patient. Our safari planner Philis was in constant communication with us all the way. The hotels that were provided on our trip were all very good.   Our 5-day safari trip was beautifully organized from start to finish. Seeing the elephant herd in Amboseli, the movement of zebras and wildebeest - I could see everything very clearly. After going to Tsavo East, it was nice to see the large open area of the park and the red-dust elephants. And a visit to the inner Mzima Springs in Tsavo West was a unique experience - it was great to see hippos in the clear water.   This 5-day tour of Amboseli, Tsavo West and Tsavo East was truly incredible. The first day at Amboseli was filled with the sight of a huge herd of elephants in the backdrop of Kilimanjaro. Then seeing hippos and fish under the crystal clear waters of Mzima Springs in Tsavo West, and the black volcanic landscape of the Shetani Lava Flow - it was like being on another planet! The red soil of Tsavo East and the herds of red elephants have impressed one and all. Guide Richard is amazing - he used to tell the names of every animal, habits, even small stories so beautifully that it never felt boring. Beds and car were very comfortable and the food was excellent. The team at Bencia Africa planned everything so perfectly that we just won.   We had a wonderful 12 days. The first was a game drive in Kenya's Masai Mara, and we saw numerous lions, zebras, and deer. I was really surprised to see the Great Migration of the Mara River in front of my eyes. Then I went to Lake Nakuru, where rhinos and thousands of flamingos were seen. From Amboseli to Mt. Kilimanjaro, the view was beautiful. At the end, seeing so many animals together in Ngorongoro Crater in Tanzania felt like I was in the best place in the world.
