  Our 5 day safari trip with Bencia Africa Adventure and Safaris was very well done. First of all, going to the Ol Pejeta Conservancy and seeing the northern white rhino was a really different experience. A visit to Sweetwater's Chimpanzee Sanctuary is also a must. Then the sighting of numerous flamingos and rhinos in Lake Nakuru was the major attraction of the trip. Spending the last days at Masai Mara was the best part of the safari - I got to see the lion, elephant and giraffe up close. Accommodations were clean and the food was good.   This 12-day private safari was a dream come true for our family. From spotting a lion in the Maasai Mara National Reserve to spotting a flock of pink flamingos in Lake Nakuru - every day was incredible. Elephant watching in the backdrop of snow capped mountains of Kilimanjaro in Amboseli National Park is an absolutely priceless experience. And seeing the numerous wildebeest migrations in Serengeti National Park, it seemed like we were watching the world's largest nature drama live.   The start was to walk across the Great Rift Valley - a great view out the window! As soon as I entered Masai Mara, I understood why everyone talks so much - I saw the lion and the elephant in the first afternoon's game drive. The thrill of watching the cheetah hunt the next morning still lingers in the body. On the third day of Lake Nakuru, rows of pink flamingos on the shore of the lake, with rhino - fantastic! At the end, the parade of elephants with Mount Kilimanjaro in Amboseli National Park in the background - a postcard moment in a word. Bencia Africa Adventure & Safaris did everything on time; the jeep is comfortable, the food is good, and the guide, Joseph, is knowledgeable and very polite. ...more

  Although I started as a solo traveler, I made new friends on this group tour, which made the whole trip twice as enjoyable. Standing on the shores of Lake Nakuru and watching thousands of flamingos felt like time had stopped. Watching the buffalo and elephants on the game drive in Masai Mara was breathtaking.
