  Very professional, attentive and patient. Our safari planner Philis was in constant communication with us all the way. The hotels that were provided on our trip were all very good.   Our 5 day safari trip with Bencia Africa Adventure and Safaris was very well done. First of all, going to the Ol Pejeta Conservancy and seeing the northern white rhino was a really different experience. A visit to Sweetwater's Chimpanzee Sanctuary is also a must. Then the sighting of numerous flamingos and rhinos in Lake Nakuru was the major attraction of the trip. Spending the last days at Masai Mara was the best part of the safari - I got to see the lion, elephant and giraffe up close. Accommodations were clean and the food was good.   On the first day, when I set out on my way to Masai Mara in a 4x4 jeep, I felt like stepping into an unknown adventure. Along the way, we saw giraffes, elephants, and even lions resting on the side of the road. Arriving in the afternoon, on the first game drive, I saw three members of the Big Five. On the second day, I was shocked to see the endless stream of wildebeest migration - thousands of animals crossing the river together, and crocodiles waiting nearby.   We had a lovely 15-days African safari trip through Ol Pejeta (1 Night), Samburu (2 Nights), Lake Nakuru (1 Night), Masai Mara (2 Nights), Serengeti (3 Nights), Ngorongoro (1 Night), Tarangire (1 Night), Lake Manyara (1 Night) and Amboseli National Park (2 Nights). Esther- our tour organizer was very good with communication in response to our queries very promptly. Our safari drivers, Patrick in Kenya and Salu in Tanzania were exceptionally skilled and knowledgeable. Their warm personality and expertise made the journey not only educational but also deeply enjoyable. We opted for the luxury option and the accommodations were very good.   My family went on safari in Africa for the first time. I was a little nervous with young children, but Natural World Kenya Safaris made the whole trip hassle-free. The pickup from Nairobi, the comfortable 4WD jeep, and the sincerity of the guide - all were commendable. We saw a variety of animals up close in the Masai Mara. During the game drive, the guide explained the behavior of the animals, which the children enjoyed a lot. The short visit to the Maasai village was also quite educational.
