  The entire trip was well planned. During the 4x4 jeep safari, we saw the Big Five - Lion, Elephant, Leopard, Buffalo and Rhino - from close quarters. The guide was wonderful, very knowledgeable and friendly, explained everything about the animals and the environment in a great way. Since the tour was completely private, it was enjoyed on its own without any hustle and bustle. Accommodation was comfortable and beautiful. Whether you want a hot air balloon ride, a Masai community visit or a boat ride on Lake Naivasha - all options are great. A perfect combination of nature, luxury and adventure.   I have completed Bencia's 7 Days Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Naivasha & Amboseli Budget Safari. Booking with Alfred was easy - he answered every email and call quickly, and even suggested the best photo spots for the season. Our driver-guide, Joseph, was outstanding: sharing interesting facts about wildlife, passion, animals, and Maasai culture, and spotting a leopard on a tree branch at sunset! The highlights were endless - huge herds of elephants in front of snow-capped Kilimanjaro in Amboseli, and white rhinos, hippos and birds in Lake Naivasha, and lions, cheetahs in the Mara Plains. The budget accommodation was well-maintained (good beds, clean facilities, power points) and the food was plentiful and delicious - breakfast buffet, packed lunch, and dinner barbecue under the stars. The group size was perfect for building friendships, and the pace was active but not exhausting. Bencia offers really good value - professional, fun and unforgettable. ...more

  We had a wonderful 12 days. The first was a game drive in Kenya's Masai Mara, and we saw numerous lions, zebras, and deer. I was really surprised to see the Great Migration of the Mara River in front of my eyes. Then I went to Lake Nakuru, where rhinos and thousands of flamingos were seen. From Amboseli to Mt. Kilimanjaro, the view was beautiful. At the end, seeing so many animals together in Ngorongoro Crater in Tanzania felt like I was in the best place in the world.   This 4-day tour is like a photo album - every moment is captured on camera. We were able to approach the animals in a private jeep without any hesitation. Our guide Martin was lively and very knowledgeable. Seeing rhinos and zebras together in Lake Nakuru, watching flocks of birds flying over the lake in Naivasha and waking up to the roar of lions in Masai Mara - these are experiences I will never forget. ...more

  LaMara put together a great luxury safari for me. Hit Amboselli the Nakura...3 nights 4 days. Our driver tour guide Nelson was the best...aka Kevin Hart from Jumanji....Nice toyota 4*4 Land Cruiser safari vehicle....Nelson knows his stuff and is great at finding animals....We scored Lions both days in Amboslli...the bomb....The elephants are incredbile in Amboselli.... Is a long haul to Nakura from Amboselli so dont know if I would recommend the 1 night in Nakura. But i didnt mind...saw rhinos there....Both lodges o takai and ziwa in nakuru were great.. waking up to the plains sunrise...nice....book the luxury...you only live once... Office staff excellent also....thanks LaMara... ...more
