  Don't miss a chance to visit the iconic parks of Kenya and Tanzania in one trip. We saw the migration at Masai Mara, the rhinos and flamingos at Lake Nakuru, and the sight of Kilimanjaro standing behind the elephants at Amboseli - in a word - is amazing.   This 12-day private safari was a dream come true for our family. From spotting a lion in the Maasai Mara National Reserve to spotting a flock of pink flamingos in Lake Nakuru - every day was incredible. Elephant watching in the backdrop of snow capped mountains of Kilimanjaro in Amboseli National Park is an absolutely priceless experience. And seeing the numerous wildebeest migrations in Serengeti National Park, it seemed like we were watching the world's largest nature drama live.   The start was to walk across the Great Rift Valley - a great view out the window! As soon as I entered Masai Mara, I understood why everyone talks so much - I saw the lion and the elephant in the first afternoon's game drive. The thrill of watching the cheetah hunt the next morning still lingers in the body. On the third day of Lake Nakuru, rows of pink flamingos on the shore of the lake, with rhino - fantastic! At the end, the parade of elephants with Mount Kilimanjaro in Amboseli National Park in the background - a postcard moment in a word.   On the first day, when I set out on my way to Masai Mara in a 4x4 jeep, I felt like stepping into an unknown adventure. Along the way, we saw giraffes, elephants, and even lions resting on the side of the road. Arriving in the afternoon, on the first game drive, I saw three members of the Big Five. On the second day, I was shocked to see the endless stream of wildebeest migration - thousands of animals crossing the river together, and crocodiles waiting nearby.   This 4-day tour is like a photo album - every moment is captured on camera. We were able to approach the animals in a private jeep without any hesitation. Our guide Martin was lively and very knowledgeable. Seeing rhinos and zebras together in Lake Nakuru, watching flocks of birds flying over the lake in Naivasha and waking up to the roar of lions in Masai Mara - these are experiences I will never forget. ...more
