  The entire trip was well planned. During the 4x4 jeep safari, we saw the Big Five - Lion, Elephant, Leopard, Buffalo and Rhino - from close quarters. The guide was wonderful, very knowledgeable and friendly, explained everything about the animals and the environment in a great way. Since the tour was completely private, it was enjoyed on its own without any hustle and bustle. Accommodation was comfortable and beautiful. Whether you want a hot air balloon ride, a Masai community visit or a boat ride on Lake Naivasha - all options are great. A perfect combination of nature, luxury and adventure.   We stayed for 4 days and really enjoyed it. Since the departure from Nairobi, the guide explained everything in a very friendly way. In the first game drive in Masai Mara, we saw lions and elephants - it was a big surprise for us. The lodge was also cozy, and I enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere while sitting outside in the evening. It is worth remembering the moment of having lunch next to the Mara River. Another highlight of the trip was the sighting of flamingos and rhinos at Lake Nakuru.   On this trip, I had the opportunity to visit three of the best African destinations together. At the beginning of Masai Mara all the marvellous scenes were seen - lions, cheetahs and large grasslands filled with the joy of life. Then in Lake Naivasha I got the quiet touch of nature with the calm boat ride of the lake and the chirping of the birds. When I finally reached Amboseli, I was fascinated by the rows of elephants in the backdrop of Kilimanjaro.   As soon as I stepped into Masai Mara, I knew I had entered another world. Guide James was very experienced; I could see a group of lions, cheetahs, and giraffes from close. The most wonderful experience was watching the sunrise floating in a hot air balloon - the most exciting moment! ...more

  LaMara put together a great luxury safari for me. Hit Amboselli the Nakura...3 nights 4 days. Our driver tour guide Nelson was the best...aka Kevin Hart from Jumanji....Nice toyota 4*4 Land Cruiser safari vehicle....Nelson knows his stuff and is great at finding animals....We scored Lions both days in Amboslli...the bomb....The elephants are incredbile in Amboselli.... Is a long haul to Nakura from Amboselli so dont know if I would recommend the 1 night in Nakura. But i didnt mind...saw rhinos there....Both lodges o takai and ziwa in nakuru were great.. waking up to the plains sunrise...nice....book the luxury...you only live once... Office staff excellent also....thanks LaMara... ...more
