  On the first morning of my journey from Nairobi, I felt as if I had stepped into another world. Not only the road, but the villages on both sides of the road, the green valleys and the occasional wild animals - all this seemed to paint a new canvas in the eyes. The moment I entered the Masai Mara, the sight of the endless wilderness came to my mind. On the evening of the second day, as the sun slowly tilted to the west, the entire savanna was filled with golden light - the most magical moment of the trip.   One of the most memorable moments of our 4-day Masai Mara safari was stopping the jeep on the open plains to see a stunning scene - a herd of topi antelope on one side, and a few zebras walking calmly in the middle. It felt like watching a living painting of the African wild. Our guide Michael was excellent - he knew exactly where to stop without disturbing the animals. The luxury accommodation, well-timed game drives, and updates on animal sightings made the trip smooth and enjoyable. Even the food was impressive.   I travelled to Kenya as a female solo traveller and from the very beginning Uwezo Tours made me feel completely safe and comfortable. As soon as my flight landed in Nairobi, a friendly representative greeted me and took me to my hotel. Then began my Maasai Mara safari - organized and on time, I enjoyed every moment. My guide treated me like a sister the entire time - this attitude is truly commendable, especially for a solo traveller.   I went on a 4-day trip with four friends. We have so many memories of traveling together. The guide showed us the places of interest. Masai Mara's game drives were a great experience, and I enjoyed watching the animals in the cool morning air. Accommodation was clean and safe, food was plentiful, and service was as per choice. The atmosphere of Nakuru was comfortable; I was able to capture several moments in the light cloudy sky. This package is suitable for traveling together. ...more

  LaMara put together a great luxury safari for me. Hit Amboselli the Nakura...3 nights 4 days. Our driver tour guide Nelson was the best...aka Kevin Hart from Jumanji....Nice toyota 4*4 Land Cruiser safari vehicle....Nelson knows his stuff and is great at finding animals....We scored Lions both days in Amboslli...the bomb....The elephants are incredbile in Amboselli.... Is a long haul to Nakura from Amboselli so dont know if I would recommend the 1 night in Nakura. But i didnt mind...saw rhinos there....Both lodges o takai and ziwa in nakuru were great.. waking up to the plains sunrise...nice....book the luxury...you only live once... Office staff excellent also....thanks LaMara... ...more
