  Very professional, attentive and patient. Our safari planner Philis was in constant communication with us all the way. The hotels that were provided on our trip were all very good.   Our four-day Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru tour was the best experience of a lifetime. From day one, Bencia Africa Adventure & Safaris has taken great care of us. In Masai Mara, we were able to see the Big Five, including lions, elephants, and cheetahs, very closely. Guide Joseph was very knowledgeable and always tried to show us the good side.
