  The pickup from Nairobi went very well, and our driver, Julius, was excellent - he explained everything very well in English and allowed us to stop and take pictures at will on every game drive. The private 4x4 Land Cruiser Jeep was super comfortable, dust and sand were no problem. Among the Big Five, lion, elephant, buffalo and giraffe were easily seen, and even a cheetah was seen hunting - unbelievable! I enjoyed visiting the villages of the Maasai people and seeing their culture, dance and way of life. The camp was clean, the food was delicious (especially breakfast and dinner). 2 nights wasn't enough, I want to go again! Being a private tour, we have the same flexibility as the group. ...more

  I have completed Bencia's 7 Days Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Naivasha & Amboseli Budget Safari. Booking with Alfred was easy - he answered every email and call quickly, and even suggested the best photo spots for the season. Our driver-guide, Joseph, was outstanding: sharing interesting facts about wildlife, passion, animals, and Maasai culture, and spotting a leopard on a tree branch at sunset! The highlights were endless - huge herds of elephants in front of snow-capped Kilimanjaro in Amboseli, and white rhinos, hippos and birds in Lake Naivasha, and lions, cheetahs in the Mara Plains. The budget accommodation was well-maintained (good beds, clean facilities, power points) and the food was plentiful and delicious - breakfast buffet, packed lunch, and dinner barbecue under the stars.   Our 5-day safari trip was beautifully organized from start to finish. Seeing the elephant herd in Amboseli, the movement of zebras and wildebeest - I could see everything very clearly. After going to Tsavo East, it was nice to see the large open area of the park and the red-dust elephants. And a visit to the inner Mzima Springs in Tsavo West was a unique experience - it was great to see hippos in the clear water. The guide was very knowledgeable and made the game drive on time every day. The safari was very comfortable and stress-free. I will definitely recommend this package. ...more

  Our four-day Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru tour was the best experience of a lifetime. From day one, Bencia Africa Adventure & Safaris has taken great care of us. In Masai Mara, we were able to see the Big Five, including lions, elephants, and cheetahs, very closely. Guide Joseph was very knowledgeable and always tried to show us the good side.   Although I started as a solo traveler, I made new friends on this group tour, which made the whole trip twice as enjoyable. Standing on the shores of Lake Nakuru and watching thousands of flamingos felt like time had stopped. Watching the buffalo and elephants on the game drive in Masai Mara was breathtaking.   As soon as I stepped into Masai Mara, I knew I had entered another world. Guide James was very experienced; I could see a group of lions, cheetahs, and giraffes from close. The most wonderful experience was watching the sunrise floating in a hot air balloon - the most exciting moment! ...more
