  This 5-day tour of Amboseli, Tsavo West and Tsavo East was truly incredible. The first day at Amboseli was filled with the sight of a huge herd of elephants in the backdrop of Kilimanjaro. Then seeing hippos and fish under the crystal clear waters of Mzima Springs in Tsavo West, and the black volcanic landscape of the Shetani Lava Flow - it was like being on another planet! The red soil of Tsavo East and the herds of red elephants have impressed one and all. Guide Richard is amazing - he used to tell the names of every animal, habits, even small stories so beautifully that it never felt boring. Beds and car were very comfortable and the food was excellent. The team at Bencia Africa planned everything so perfectly that we just won.   We had a wonderful 12 days. The first was a game drive in Kenya's Masai Mara, and we saw numerous lions, zebras, and deer. I was really surprised to see the Great Migration of the Mara River in front of my eyes. Then I went to Lake Nakuru, where rhinos and thousands of flamingos were seen. From Amboseli to Mt. Kilimanjaro, the view was beautiful. At the end, seeing so many animals together in Ngorongoro Crater in Tanzania felt like I was in the best place in the world.   The 6-day private jeep ride with Natural World Kenya Safari was a colorful discovery. Samburu National Reserve has given us animals that we don't see anywhere else—Grevy's zebras and reticulated giraffes. The sea of thousands of flamingos in Lake Nakuru is a living painting, and the rhinoceros and many species of birds there have enriched the experience. Towards the end of the tour, we witnessed a lion hunt from close quarters at the Masai Mara, which thrilled the entire group.   As soon as I stepped into Masai Mara, I knew I had entered another world. Guide James was very experienced; I could see a group of lions, cheetahs, and giraffes from close. The most wonderful experience was watching the sunrise floating in a hot air balloon - the most exciting moment! ...more

  Our December 2024 safari with Lamara Tourism was simply outstanding! Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, and Samburu were breathtaking, and staying at Serena Hotels made it even more luxurious.
