  The pickup from Nairobi went very well, and our driver, Julius, was excellent - he explained everything very well in English and allowed us to stop and take pictures at will on every game drive. The private 4x4 Land Cruiser Jeep was super comfortable, dust and sand were no problem. Among the Big Five, lion, elephant, buffalo and giraffe were easily seen, and even a cheetah was seen hunting - unbelievable! I enjoyed visiting the villages of the Maasai people and seeing their culture, dance and way of life. The camp was clean, the food was delicious (especially breakfast and dinner). 2 nights wasn't enough, I want to go again! Being a private tour, we have the same flexibility as the group. ...more

  Our 4 day trip was a great experience. It's nice to see rhinos and giraffes in Lake Nakuru. The view from the hippos on Naivasha's boat ride was incredible. I went to Masai Mara and saw lions, cheetahs and elephants. The guide was very knowledgeable and the whole trip was well organized. A very memorable trip indeed. ...more

  This 5-day tour of Amboseli, Tsavo West and Tsavo East was truly incredible. The first day at Amboseli was filled with the sight of a huge herd of elephants in the backdrop of Kilimanjaro. Then seeing hippos and fish under the crystal clear waters of Mzima Springs in Tsavo West, and the black volcanic landscape of the Shetani Lava Flow - it was like being on another planet! The red soil of Tsavo East and the herds of red elephants have impressed one and all. Guide Richard is amazing - he used to tell the names of every animal, habits, even small stories so beautifully that it never felt boring. Beds and car were very comfortable and the food was excellent. The team at Bencia Africa planned everything so perfectly that we just won.   I went on a 4-day trip with four friends. We have so many memories of traveling together. The guide showed us the places of interest. Masai Mara's game drives were a great experience, and I enjoyed watching the animals in the cool morning air. Accommodation was clean and safe, food was plentiful, and service was as per choice.
