Once on the ground Big Five the driver turned the experience into pure magic. His knowledge of the parks, patience and sharp eyes for wildlife gave us incredible sightings of lions, elephants, giraffes and more.   My mother wanted to go on a safari for a long time. I went on a four-day trip with him. Tom's guide was great. He gradually made my mother accustomed to the safari and taught her how to see well while standing on the roof of the jeep and where to look at the camera - all beautifully. When a group of hippos swept past us in Naivasha, Mother exclaimed with emotion - Today I really saw the story I heard as a child! The moment we saw the lion at Masai Mara, we had tears in our eyes.
