Payments

• Cancellation Notification Policy:

  • Cancellation Policy shall be effective from the date of receipt of your email received before 6:00 PM.
  • All other Cancellation Email received after 6:00 PM, shall be considered on the next working day.

  Cancellation Policy:

  • 25% of total package shall be applicable as cancellation fee if the tour is cancelled before 30 days or more of tour departure.
  • 50% of total package shall be applicable as cancellation fee if the tour is cancelled between 29 days to 21 days before the tour departure.
  • 100% of total package shall be applicable if the tour is cancelled 20 days before the tour departure.
  • No Refund shall be granted in case of No-Show.
  • Above Cancellation Policy may change as per the Hotel Cancellation Policy.
  • Once the Visa has been applied, Visa Fee shall become non-refundable.
  • Cancellation amount shall be calculated on the total package amount, irrespective of full booking amount has been paid or not.
  • Flights/Buses/Trains cancellation charges shall be as per their respective cancellation policy.

Payment Terms & Methods :

Other Terms & Conditions :

• Rates Mentioned on the Website/Travel Partner/Channel Partner/Brochure are subject to availability of the particular hotel. 100% of Flight ticket amount needs to be paid in advance for issue of flight tickets. Any Change of price at the time of booking the flight ticket shall be borne by the traveler. Any alternate option of flight (if available) shall be intimated to the traveler.


• In case traveller decides to change the travel date or any change of plan post booking confirmation shall completely depend on the availability, Any Price difference to be borne by the client only.


• The Package cost does not include items of persona nature like Laundry, telephone calls expenses, room service, alcoholic beverages, camera fees etc. or any items not mentioned in inclusions.


• In the event of situations like road blockage due to strike /agitation, natural calamities, sickness evacuation, delay/cancellation of train/flight etc. Also, due to monsoon rains and extreme weather pattern journey time can vary enormously at all time of year, which is beyond our control and additional expenses incurred due to these reasons has to be borne by the traveller only.


• Daily Timings for sightseeing and the day of different tours (ex: north tour may be held on the 2nd day or on the 3rd day) shall be guided to you by your local guide and same will be mentioned in your welcome kit. For SIC (i.e. shared) transfers, please reach SIC pick up a spot at least 10 minutes prior to actual timing. Any delay by a passenger in reporting on time may lead to loss of service and will not be refundable /neither be postponed.


• It is mandatory for all the passengers to carry valid ID’s during the entire journey (Passport or Passport Photo Copy Can be carried along with Voter ID Card/DL on the days of sightseeing) along with all the vouchers issued from our end i.e. Hotel Vouchers, Return Flight tickets, Visas, Complete Itinerary and other vouchers and tickets. Loco Aventura Travel is not liable for any loss of any personal belongings of the travelers during the entire journey. Any loss or damage of personal belongings shall be responsibility of the traveller only. The itinerary shared is tentative and final itinerary shall be shared on the arrival of the destination.


• In case local attractions are closed due to any un-foreseen situations, Loco Aventura Travel will try it’s best to reimburse the travellers an appropriate amount against the same in case refund is possible. Any Local taxes, Gratuities, Cess to be borne by the traveller only and needs to be paid at the respective counters.

Passport & Visa:

• In the event of change in the Visa fee, same shall be borne by the client only.


• Loco Aventura Travel shall not be held liable for any visa rejections or delay in the visa. Visas are issued directly from the embassy and any cancellation charges shall be applicable as per Payment Terms and conditions. Passport of all the travelers need to have at least 6 months of Validity from the date of departure.

Hotels:

• In case we are not able to provide the advertised hotel property, a similar category hotel property shall be advised to the client, any price difference to be borne by the client only.


• Check-in and Check-out timings in the hotel would be as per the individual hotel policy. Early Check-In or Late Check-out shall depend upon the hotel. We may request the same. Any other facilities or amenities shall depend upon the hotel policy and may be chargeable.


• As per the hotel policy, travelers may be required to submit a security deposit (Credit Card/Cash) at the time of check-in. This is completely refundable by the hotel but may be forfeited in case of any damage to the hotel property.
