Day wise Itinerary

  • Day 1

    DEPARTURE FROM DELHI

    Meet our representative at the boarding point.
    Board an evening AC tempo traveller from Delhi.

    REACH GUPTKASHI
    Arrive at Guptkashi and settle into your camps. Freshen up and soak in the scenic surroundings. Guptkashi is famous for its ancient shrines like the Vishwanath Temple and Ardhnarishwar Temple. Enjoy a tasty dinner in the evening.
    Overnight stay at the hotel or camp.

  • Day 2

    GUPTKASHI TO KEDARNATH

    Kedarnath Temple

    Wake up early and get ready for the day.
    We’ll begin our journey from the hotel/camp in the early morning and head towards Sonprayag.
    Upon arrival at Sonprayag, you’ll proceed to Gaurikund, the starting point of the trek.
    The trek to Kedarnath is around 22 km and usually takes 8 to 10 hours to complete.
    From Sonprayag, you'll need to take local transportation to reach Gaurikund, which costs around ₹100 (at your own expense).
    Once you reach Kedarnath, check in to your homestay and take some time to relax.
    Walk around 100 meters to attend the divine Sandhya Aarti and Darshan at the Kedarnath Temple.
    Return to the homestay and enjoy a hot dinner.

  • Day 3

    KEDARNATH DHAM DARSHAN

    Begin your day early in the morning.
    Get ready for the sacred darshan at Kedarnath Dham. Check out from your accommodation and proceed towards the temple queue for darshan.
    Seek blessings of Lord Kedarnath Ji.
    After darshan, start your return trek to Gaurikund, then continue onward to Sonprayag.
    From Sonprayag, drive back to Guptkashi.
    Arrive at Guptkashi by night.
    Overnight stay at Guptkashi.

  • Day 4

    DELHI DEPARTURE

    After breakfast, check out from your stay and gear up for a scenic drive through the divine land of Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand. Arrive in Rishikesh by evening and explore the local attractions. Attend the soulful Ganga Aarti at Triveni Ghat, a truly spiritual experience.
    Later, begin your overnight journey back to Delhi. Reach Delhi by late night or the next morning, bringing the trip to a close with beautiful memories and heartfelt emotions connected to Kedarnath Dham.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • The IDs shall all be verified before boarding. No boarding shall be entertained without a valid Govt. ID.
  • The Transfer of the bookings is not permitted. Only the names mentioned at the time of confirmation shall be allowed to travel.
  • No refunds shall be made towards any inclusion(s) not availed by the Client. Travelers must take care of their luggage & belongings.
  • The management shall not be responsible for any damage or any missing items along the tour.
  • The time of Departure is stated & fixed. All travelers must update their status with the Trip coordinator(s), & report at the pickup point 30 minutes before the scheduled departure.
  • The Air Conditioning will be switched off in the hills. Also, during the trip, it shall be the Driver's discretion to put off the AC as & when required, considering the travelers' safety & ease of travel along uneven and dangerous routes.
  • Our time of departure is fixed must depart by the stated time & keep their status updated with the trip coordinator(s).
  • Anyone missing the bus shall not be eligible for any refunds. We shall call you twice before the schedule departure.
  • Drinking and smoking are strictly prohibited along the tour due to health & safety concerns.
  • No act of misconduct or indiscipline shall be tolerated on the tours. We are a cordial travel community and we aspire to bring you a hassle-free and memorable experience.
  • We shall not be responsible for any delays or alterations in the program or indirectly incurred expenses in cases such as Natural Hazards, accidents, breakdown of machinery, weather conditions, landslides, political closure, or any incidents.
  • We do not provide any insurance policy to cover the expenditure on sickness accidents or losses incurred due to theft or other reasons.
  • Numerous factors such as weather and road conditions the physical ability of participants etc. may bring alteration to the itinerary.
  • We reserve the right to make necessary changes in the schedule in the interest of safety, comfort, and general well-being!

Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms & Methods :

* 25% Advance Percentage of total booking amount

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

No refund shall be made concerning the initial booking amount for any cancellations.
If cancellations are made 1 week before the start date of the trip, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellations are made on the day of departure, 75% of the trip cost will be charged.
In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled, and in such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same
