  I took an amazing trip from Diani to Tsavo in March, and it was such a fantastic experience! The drive was smooth, and the scenery transformed beautifully from the coast to the wide-open savannah. As soon as we entered Tsavo, I was struck by that iconic red hue everywhere. The soil has this rich reddish color that gives the whole park a unique vibe, almost like nature decided on a bold theme and stuck with it.The wildlife was abundant, and the atmosphere felt so alive. The elephants were definitely the stars of the show big, serene, and moving leisurely across the landscape as if they truly belonged there. With that red earth surrounding them, they blended right into the scenery. It was such a classic Tsavo moment! I also spotted giraffes gliding gracefully, zebras hanging out in small groups, and lions lounging in the shade, looking like they had no plans for the day.   This was the first time my friend and I tasted a Kenyan safari. Bencia Africa Adventure & Safaris has put in a lot of effort to provide a good experience - that has to be appreciated. John was a guide driver, very patient and experienced with animals. In Amboseli, he showed us an elephant family that was slowly making its way across a water body. After waiting for a long time in Tsavo East, I saw a lion. Our guide told us that their stomachs are full, so they are lying idle in the shade of the trees. Although the experience was memorable, some things need to be improved. At one of our campsites, the water pressure in the toilets was low, and sometimes there was no hot water. One day lunch arrived too late because the car had not left the camp in time. Still, I'd say this trip was a real safari experience - real woods, roughness, and animal touches. ...more

  This three-day safari from Mombasa was absolutely cinematic! On the very first day, we saw a huge herd of red elephants in Tsavo East. Standing next to the Galana River, for a moment it felt like I was inside a National Geographic show! Bencia's team, especially our guide Philip, was very professional and told a great story.
