  Very professional, attentive and patient. Our safari planner Philis was in constant communication with us all the way. The hotels that were provided on our trip were all very good.   This 12-day private safari was a dream come true for our family. From spotting a lion in the Maasai Mara National Reserve to spotting a flock of pink flamingos in Lake Nakuru - every day was incredible. Elephant watching in the backdrop of snow capped mountains of Kilimanjaro in Amboseli National Park is an absolutely priceless experience. And seeing the numerous wildebeest migrations in Serengeti National Park, it seemed like we were watching the world's largest nature drama live.   On the first morning of my journey from Nairobi, I felt as if I had stepped into another world. Not only the road, but the villages on both sides of the road, the green valleys and the occasional wild animals - all this seemed to paint a new canvas in the eyes. The moment I entered the Masai Mara, the sight of the endless wilderness came to my mind. On the evening of the second day, as the sun slowly tilted to the west, the entire savanna was filled with golden light - the most magical moment of the trip.   Our four-day Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru tour was the best experience of a lifetime. From day one, Bencia Africa Adventure & Safaris has taken great care of us. In Masai Mara, we were able to see the Big Five, including lions, elephants, and cheetahs, very closely. Guide Joseph was very knowledgeable and always tried to show us the good side.
