Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Haridwar - Barkot (about 204 kms & 7-8hrs)

  Pickup from Haridwar Har ki Pauri stand /Bus Station/ Railway Station . Drive to Barkot via Mussoorie. Later drive straight to Barkot. The rest of the day at evening free at leisur to relax and store your energy for the Pahad (Hill) Yatra of Yamunotri for the next day. Overnight stay at Camp/Hotel.

• Day 2 : Barkot - Yamunotri – Barkot (about 45 kms drive and 7 kms Trek one side)

  On first light Drive to Jankichatti about 45km, trek start from here to Yamunotri (7kms), Either by walk or by horse or by Doli at own cost. The trek passes through a lush green valley, a profusion of conifers, rhododendrons, cacti, and several species of Himalayan shrubs.On arrival at Yamunotri take a holly bath in hot kund, go for temple darshan. You can cook rice by deeping in tapt kund. After darshan return back to Barkot. Evening free at leisure. Overnight stay at Barkot Camp/Hotel.

• Day 3 : Barkot - Uttarkashi (about 94 kms & 3-4 hrs)

  Early morning check out from camp/Hotel and Drive to Uttarkashi. Visit Vishwanath Temple & Others sight-seen. Check-in Hotel at evening free at leisure. Overnight stay at Camp/Hotel.

• Day 4 : Uttarkashi - Gangotri - Uttarkashi (100 kms 3-4 hrs one side)

  Early morning drive to Gangotri. Gangotri is also known as Bhagirathi at it's origin en route at Gangnani take a holy dip in tapt (hot) Kund, further drive to Gangotri via beautiful Harsil Valley. Harsil is famous for its natural beauty and for the majestic views of the Deodar trees, and mountains. On arrival at Shree Gangotri, take a holy dip in the sacred river Ganges. Perform Pooja and Darshan, after that relax for some time in the lovely surroundings. Return back to Uttarkashi. Overnight stay at Uttarkashi.

• Day 5 : Uttarkashi - Guptakashi/ Sonprayag (appox 230 kms & 8-9 hrs)

  At first light check out and Drive straight to Guptkashi via Moolgarh and Lambgoan. En route, you can see the beautiful river Mandakini. The Mandakini river comes from Kedarnath, drive alongside the river to reach Guptakashi/ Sonprayag. On arrival Check-In at the Hotel, evening visit Ardh Narishwar Temple. Overnight stay at the Hotel.

• Day 6 : Guptakashi/ Sonprayag - Kedarnath (appox 42 kms by road & 17 kms Trek)

  By Helicopter:- Morning after breakfast driver will drop-off to helipad fly to Kedarnath 3584 mts. Tour members should carry personal medicines, heavy woolen, tolietteries and clothes for an overnight halt at Kedarnath. Check in Hotel. After freshening up, visit Kedarnath ji Temple & perform Pooja. Also visit Adi Shankaracharya Samadhi behind the Temple.
  
  By Trek:- Morning our driver will drop you at Sonprayag then you have to take local jeep for Gaurikund & then your 17 km trek strat for Kedarnath Temple. After darshan, you follow the same & back to Sonpraag. There is big parking issue so the driver will back tp another palace if his contact no. is not working then you have to arrange another taxi or wait for your driver.
  
  Kedarnath- is a majestic sight, standing in the middle of a wide plateau surrounded by lofty snow Covered peaks. The temple of Kedarnath, located at a height of 3,581 mts, stand at the head of the Mandakini river. The present temple, built in the 8th century by Adi Shankaracharya, stands adjacent to the site of an earlier temple built by the Pandavas. The inner walls of the assembly hall are decorated with figures of various deities and scenes from mythology. Outside the temple door a large statue of the Nandi Bull stands as guard. It is said that devotees who die here become one with Shiva himself.

• Day 7 : Kedarnath - Guptakashi/ Sonprayag (appox 42 kms by road & 17 kms Trek)

  Morning after pooja darshan back to Sonprayag. Check-in overnight stay at Hotel/Camp.

• Day 8 : Sonprayag - Pipalkoti (appox 145 kms by road & 17 kms Trek)

  Morning after breakfast, drive to Pipalkoti via Chopta (mini Switzerland) sightseeing. Check in to the hotel arrival in Pipalkoti.

• Day 9 : Pipalkoti - Badrinath - Pipalkoti (appox 78 kms One side)

  Morning after breakfast drive to Badrinath. Pilgrims after having a bath in the Taptkund have the Darshan of Badrivishal & Aarti in the evening. Brahamakapal is significant for Pinddan Shraddh of ancestors (Pitrus). There is another interesting sightseeing spot like Mana, Vyas Gufa, Maatamoorti, Charanpaduka, Bhimkund, and the “Mukh” of the Saraswati River. Just within the three km of Badrinath Temple. In evening return back to Pipalkoti free at leisure Overnight stay at Pipalkoti.

• Day 10 : Pipalkoti - Haridwar (appox 235 kms )

  Early Morning after breakfast drive to Haridwar on route site-seen. On arrival at Haridwar Drop-off at Harki-Pauri/Bus-Stand/Railway-station.
