2 Days / 1 Night Lake Nakuru National Park Tour

Pick up and depart for Lake Nakuru National Park.
Leaving Nairobi, you travel west through the Kenya's fertile highlands, and suddenly, to your left, the trees part to reveal a spectacular view of the Great Rift Valley, with dormant volcano Longonot at centre stage. Your panoramic journey will take you past Lake Naivasha, with its Crescent Island, to Lake Nakuru, coloured by a shimmering flamingo pink from thousands of the beautiful birds lining its shores.

Afternoon game drive in the park.

A game drive in Nakuru National Park which is, of course, known for its bird life as thousands of flamingos make this lake their home, among hundreds of other species. But wildlife is also in abundance here. You’ll see large numbers of water buck, warthog, impala, buffalo, plains game, cheetah, and now rhino, as Lake Nakuru National Park has been made into one of Kenya's rhino sanctuary.

Early morning game drive in the park. Breakfast at the lodge then drive back to Nairobi. Leaving Lake Nakuru behind, you begin a panoramic journey across the top of the Rift Escarpment, providing spectacular views of Lake Elementaita, Lake Naivasha with its Crescent Island, and the Great Rift Valley, with dormant volcano Longonot at centre stage. Travelling on through Kenya’s fertile highlands, you arrive in Kenya's bustling capital, Nairobi, in time for lunch.
