    I was really disappointed! We booked a 3-day safari to Amboseli in April 2025 through another company, who then passed us on to Trip Genius. At first, everything seemed fine, but after comparing notes with colleagues, I realized the original arrangements made by the other company were quite poor — and that left us feeling really let down. Thankfully, the team at Trip Genius stepped in. The CEO and our driver went out of their way to upgrade our experience, making sure we got better service, just like our colleagues did. That made a huge difference. I’ve learned my lesson — I’ll book directly with Trip Genius Advisory Tours next time. They truly made the experience worthwhile.     I had an unforgettable 5-day safari with Trip Genius Advisory Tours and Safaris in April 2025, visiting the breathtaking Maasai Mara, Lake Nakuru, and the Giraffe Centre in Nairobi. I was referred by my friend Beth, and I’m so grateful she did! Everything was perfectly organized – from the warm welcome to the professional guide who made each destination come alive with stories, wildlife insights, and photo stops I’ll treasure forever. The wildlife sightings in Maasai Mara were beyond my expectations, and feeding the giraffes up close was such a joy! I truly appreciate the attention to detail, the comfort, and the passion behind the experience. I can’t wait to book with them again for my next holiday!     We recently booked a five day Tsavo West, Amboseli, and Tsavo East safari through Bencia Africa Adventure & Safaris, and it was simply amazing! Our trip began in Mombasa, and from there it was like entering a new world. The vast savannah of Tsavo West the amazing Mzima Springs, and the presence of countless wildlife amaze us. After reaching Amboseli National Park, the view of Kilimanjaro made our experience even more dreamy. The view from the huge herd of elephants, zebras, giraffes, and lions here was truly incredible. Then a group of elephants roaming on the red soil in Tsavo East looked like a picture! Our guide explained in detail about each animal and their behavior; he was very efficient and knowledgeable.     An enjoyable day trip from Nairobi We took a day trip of Nairobi National Park, Giraffe centre and Karen Blixen museum from Safarilinks. The communication with Douglas was prompt, transparent and professional. Our driver and guide Titus was friendly and knowledgeable. Even though it was raining in the morning and we couldn't see lions because of that, we still saw Rhinos, Hippos, Giraffes, Zebras, Impalas, Buffaloes, Crocodiles, Antelopes and lots of birds in their natural habitat.
