Mikumi National Park is the most popular park of the southern circuit and known for its excellent game viewing and large plains. It is often referred to as “little Serengeti” because of its variety of wildlife and similar landscape. These plains offer unobstructed views and makes it easy to spot wildlife. You’ll find many Baobab and Acacia trees spread out on the landscape which provides shade for the animals. Lions are often found relaxing under or in the trees.
Zanzibar To Mikumi National Park.
Early in the morning our driver will pick you up from your hotel to zanzibar ferry in order to catch the first speed boat which leaves at 7:30am from zanzibar to Dar es salaam and you will arrive at Dar es salaam at 8:30am, once after arriving at Dar es salaam our driver will be ready to pick up from Dar es salaam to Mikumi National Park.
You will spend almost 5hours from Dar es salaam to Mikumi park and you will stop at one restaurant on the way for having a lunch then continue to Mikumi National Park and you will arrive at 3pm and once arriving at the park you will keep embark on a game drive at the park in searching for wildlife such as giraffe, elephant, buffaloes, zebra, lions while spotting different numbers of bird’s found in the park. at 6:30pm where t will end up your safari by seeing a wonderful sunset view then Later heading back to your lodge for dinner and overnight relaxation

Full Day Mikumi Game Drive.
Early morning after breakfast, leave your lodge and explore the park by starting spotting different species wildlife in a thrilling game drive. Numbers of animals as zebra, antelope, wildebeests, elephant’s giraffes, lions, buffaloes with different birds’ species. Stop some minutes for lunch before proceeding to other park locations such as the Mkata, Chamgore (for pythons) and Mkata flood plains. Early evening, heading back to your lodge for diner and overnight relaxation.

Morning Game Drive To Dar Es Salaam.
Bird’s sound will wake up you for your tasty breakfast and start your early morning game drive, last day in this park and your safari with view of the wildlife possible catching a view of other wildlife that you didn’t see them at previous day. then start heading back to Dar-es-salaam and you will arrival to Dar es salaam at 3:30pm, When you arrive at Dar es salaam, you have two options for coming back to zanzibar.
By flight, it’s almost 1hour to arrive at Zanzibar airport. By speed boat, it’s almost two hours to arrive at zanzibar port. In this trip if you want to go back by flight, inform us very early please
