Important Notes

Permit Policy
A minimum of *10–14 days* prior to travel is required to process the mandatory Lakshadweep Entry Permit.
Permit applications will be submitted by our team after receiving the required documents and booking confirmation
Permit approval is subject to the Lakshadweep Administration. Air Travel Shoppe Holidays is not responsible for any permit rejection, delay, or cancellation due to government regulations or operational reasons.
Booking Policy
Due to limited hotel inventory in Lakshadweep, in case of overbooking, a similar category hotel will be provided.
Vehicle availability is limited; guests may experience a waiting time of approximately *15–20 minutes* for transfers and sightseeing.
Public inter-island vessel/ferry tickets are subject to availability and *are not guaranteed*. We will make every effort to secure the tickets; however, confirmation depends on the Lakshadweep Administration and operational schedules.
If public vessel tickets are unavailable, alternative transfer options (if available) can be arranged at an additional cost

Prior to 30 days before the tour 25% of the tour cost
Prior to 20 days before the tour 50% of the tour cost
Prior to 10 days before the tour 75% of the tour cost Prior to 7 days before the tour 100% of the tour cost
Less than 7 days /no show No refund.

Payment Terms & Methods :

* 20% Advance Percentage of total booking amount
* Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

* Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
* Retention Amount varies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
* Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
