Incomplete Tours

If a guest cannot complete the tour due to bad weather, natural calamities, roadblocks, political disturbances, or government restrictions → No refund, no reimbursement, or no adjustment.

Permit Not Issued & Tour Cancellation

If the mandatory permit is not issued and the tour does not commence from Gangtok, guests are eligible for:
A refund (after deducting payment gateway charges of ₹400/- per guest)
OR a free reschedule of the tour to another available date

Payment Terms & Methods :

* 30% Advance Percentage of total booking amount
* Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

* Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
* Retention Amount varies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
* 10 days or more before the tour: 10% cancellation charges of total booking amount
* Within 10 days of tour start date: No refund
