Day 1 Arusha To Serengeti National Park

Serengeti National Park

Pick up from Arusha and drive to Serengeti National Park with game viewing en route. In the afternoon there is an extended game drive in Serengeti to search for wildlife and enjoy the plains. Guests will spend the night at a mid range lodge or camp within or near the park.

Day 2 Full Day Serengeti Safari

A full day of game drives across the Serengeti plains exploring diverse habitats and abundant wildlife. Highlights include opportunities to encounter the Big Five and observe seasonal Great Migration movements when in season. The day concludes with an overnight at a mid range lodge or camp.

Day 3 Serengeti To Ngorongoro Conservation Area

Ngorongoro Crater

COMPANY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings made with [Your Company Name], a registered tour and safari company based in Tanzania. By booking any tour, safari, excursion, or travel service with us, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
2. Definitions

“Client” refers to any person booking or using our services
“Services” refers to safaris, tours, excursions, transfers, accommodation arrangements, and related travel services
“Booking” refers to any confirmed reservation made with the Company
3. Booking & Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after receiving a deposit of [e.g. 30%–40%] of the total tour cost.
The remaining balance must be paid [e.g. 30–45 days] before the tour start date.
Bookings made within [30–45] days of departure must be paid in full at the time of booking.
The Company reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed bookings.
4. Prices & Payment
All prices are quoted in USD (or agreed currency) unless stated otherwise.
Prices are subject to change due to factors beyond our control such as park fees, government taxes, fuel costs, or currency fluctuations.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing via email.
The following cancellation charges apply:
More than 60 days before departure: loss of deposit
30–60 days before departure: 50% of total cost
Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of total cost
No refunds are given for no-shows or unused services.
6. Changes by Client
Any changes to confirmed bookings are subject to availability.
Additional costs may apply for changes in itinerary, accommodation, or dates.
7. Changes by Company
The Company reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, safety, park regulations, or unforeseen circumstances.
We will always aim to provide alternative arrangements of equal value.
8. Travel Insurance
All clients are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance.
Insurance should cover cancellations, medical expenses, loss of baggage, and emergency evacuation.
9. Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure they have valid passports, visas, and required vaccinations.
Clients must follow all local laws, park rules, and guide instructions during the tour.
The Company is not responsible for issues arising from failure to comply with requirements.
10. Liability
The Company acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party service providers (hotels, airlines, parks, etc.).
We are not liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, or accidents caused by third parties or circumstances beyond our control.
11. Force Majeure
The Company is not responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, war, strikes, government restrictions, or weather conditions.
12. Complaints
Any complaints must be reported immediately during the trip to allow the Company to resolve the issue. Complaints submitted after the tour may not be considered.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

* Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
* Retention Amount varies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
* Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
