Park Fees:
All national park entry fees are included unless otherwise stated and are subject to change by government authorities without prior notice.
Game Drives:
Game drives are conducted in shared safari vehicles unless a private vehicle is requested at an extra cost.
Accommodation:
Hotels/lodges are subject to availability. In case of unavailability, a similar standard accommodation will be provided.
Transport:
Safari vehicles are well-maintained 4x4 Land Cruisers or vans with pop-up roofs for game viewing.
Travel Insurance:
Clients are strongly advised to have valid travel and medical insurance covering the entire safari period.
Health & Safety:
Clients must follow guide instructions at all times for safety during game drives and lodge stays.
Luggage:
Soft bags are recommended due to limited luggage space in safari vehicles.
Child Policy:
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Child rates apply based on age and hotel policy.
Liability:
ERICKSU TOURS SAFARIS shall not be held responsible for loss, injury, delays, or damages caused by circumstances beyond control (e.g. weather, road conditions, park rules).
Itinerary Changes:
The company reserves the right to adjust the itinerary due to operational, weather, or safety reasons while ensuring the best safari experience

Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms & Methods :

A 20% deposit of the total booking amount is required to confirm the safari.
The remaining 80% balance must be paid at least 7 days before the tour start date.
All payments can be made via bank transfer, mobile money, or cash.
Full payment is required in advance for all transport and accommodation arrangements.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

Cancellations made 30 days or more before the start date: Full refund (minus processing fees)
Cancellations made 15–29 days before: 75% refund
Cancellations made 7–14 days before: 50% refund
Cancellations made less than 7 days before or no-show: No refund
Refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days after cancellation confirmation.
