  Its a great team working under Umang Tour and travel. i recently had booked a family tour package with them and had a great experience. Honestly saying that the way "TASLEEMA JI" the employee in agency motivated me by describing the island was so attractive that i dropped all other choices and went Andoman Nicoibar. And what she had promised i found all true. Beside MOHIT JI and other staff were great when i met them in my single meeting at their office. Hotels and resorts provided were great, gave me and my family full relaxed time. Cabs were maintained mostly in port blair and in Havelock however in neil a bit is to be done more in cab Services . The drivers all along were quick, helpful and friendly.   Right from the day we touched Andaman till we left, the hospitality level was simply awesome.The hotels and resorts included in the package were really sophisticated with good staff and provided well maintained cars with polite drivers . Especially the resort we stayed in Havelock named Green Imperial Resort which was the best as we could compare the quality and the overall ambiance of other nearby resorts .The one word that comes to mind about the beaches in Havelock Island is " breathtaking ". The last day we went on a long drive seeing natural beauty of Andaman . The tour operator is highly accommodating to last minute changes and really involved in providing tourists with the best possible experience. My retired parents are considering it as a trip of a lifetime .Overall it was money well spent and worth every penny.   I visited Andaman from 27Nov16 to 3dec16. I had very few knowledge about the site visiting in Andaman when I actually planned the trip.We didn't know about the schedule of some islands like when they are opened for public. We were also late in terms of ferry booking. So overall we had our flight tickets and hotel bookings in our hand. We had no idea about ferry timings as well. On first day when I landed on port blair, I booked a cab and went to my Hotel. At the reception counter, I asked about the various sites which can be visited and also told them about my plan.But they said,better to contact some travel agent. They gave me Mr Shakeel's number. When Mr Shakeel arrived at the hotel, I informed me about my hotel bookings and about the duration of stay. He said I should have planned my trip little early as all ferry bookings are almost done. He also explained me about what can be visited first and what can be left for my next trip. Jouly Bouy island was my first choice to visit but he said we are having a very less time and next day is a weekly off there. My wife was worried about the trip as she thought we cannot visit those sites for which we have planned. But he said we can still visit the place if we left the hotel in next 15 minutes. We didn't give it a second thought and said yes. He has arranged a Cab for us to travel around 25-30 km from where ferry for Jouly Bouy island is departed. Cab driver was also very genuine and honest about the queries we asked during our journy. He has arranged everything like taking permit to visit the island and getting us ferry tickets. We had the mist beautiful time during our visit to jouly Bouy island. When we came back,the cab driver was waiting for our pick up. He suggested us to visit one more site but we were tired and asked him to drop us at hotel. Like our first day,Mr Shakkel has arranged everything we demanded. He baught us our ferry tickets to visit havelock and Neil Island without taking any extra commission. He has planned our trip with very reasonable rate and he was also very confident that we will have out best moments when we are in Andaman, He asked us to pay only after we are satisfied with our trip.
