It is set on the ground floor of a family house in a friendly neighborhood, minutes away from all local amenities, including shops, cafes, restaurants and taverns. The apartment is nicely furnished and fully equipped including Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and washing machine. It has 36 m2 surface and comprises a double bedroom, a cozy living room with sofa bed for two, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Outside of the apartment there is a lovely covered terrace equipped with outdoor furniture where the guests can enjoy dining or just relaxing. The entire plot is enclosed for child safety and 1 parking place is secured for guests who are not flying in.
