Booking & Confirmation: All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of 20% to 50% advance deposit depending on package class.
Cancellation & Refunds: More than 7 days before departure: refund less non-refundable costs. 3-7 days: 50% charge. Less than 72 hours: 100% charge.
Health & Fitness: Clients are responsible for ensuring health requirements (e.g., Yellow Fever for Zanzibar/climbing, fitness for Kilimanjaro).
Marine Safety: 100% compliance with TASAC guidelines and life jacket regulations is mandatory for all Lake Victoria boat operations.
Chimpanzee Trekking: Strict age limit of 12 years and above applies for Gombe and Rubondo Island chimpanzee treks. No sick guests allowed near primates.
