Payment Terms & Methods : 30% advance payment at the time of booking rest on arrival.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation charges if plan cancels then following deduction charges will be applied;
Package cancellation is divided between 2 components (i.e. Flight and Land.) The following
rules are applicable for respective components.
Flight Cancellation: As Per the Airline's Cancellation Policy
Land Package Cancellation:
• Processing fee: 13% of the total package cost will be charged regardless of any reason if you
choose to cancel your trip post booking.
•Between 45 days to 60 days from the trip start date: 25% of total package cost will be deducted
as cancellation charge;
•Between 44 to 31 days from the trip start date : 50% of total package cost will be deducted from
the total package amount;
•Between 30 to 21 days from the trip start date : 60% of total package cost will be deducted from
the total package amount;
•Between 20 and 14 days from the trip start date : 75% of total package cost will be deducted
from the total package amount
•14 days prior to the trip start date : 100% amount of total package cost will be deducted.
•In case of no-show, no refund will be given
We will provide you full refund from our side in case of unrest in Kashmir (Unrest will be considered only if there will be no vehicular movement or if hotels are not in operation)"

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

 Transportation as per itinerary only (not available at disposal)
 Transportation will only serve those locations where the local cab union is allowed to visit else the client has to bear the cost of the additional cab cost on a direct payment basis.
 The itinerary mentioned is only a reference for the tourist attraction covered at a particular destination.
 The actual sightseeing may vary at per the current scenario of the destination depending on weather, traffic, etc.
 The package does not include guide services. These can be availed at an additional cost.
 Meal plan: EP - Accommodation only, CP - Accommodation with breakfast, MAP Accommodation with breakfast, lunch or dinner, AP - Accommodation with breakfast, lunch & dinner.
 The package cannot be combined with any other offer Check-in and Check-out time depends on the concerned Hotel policy.
 In Case of Rooms booked on CP/MAP/AP Basis food will be provided as per the kitchen operational timings of concerned Hotel.
 A/C of the vehicle will be switched off in Hilly Areas.
 The hotel does not allow to check in with any pet.
 In case of any irreverent activities in the destination, the agency is not responsible for any loss and there is no refund in that case.
 In case of any irreverent activities on roads and anywhere in the above-mentioned travel plan, the agency is not responsible for any loss and there is no refund in that case.
 In the case of transporters strike cab will not go anywhere. The agency is not responsible for any loss and there is no refund in that case.
 In any case of heavy snowfall or any Land Slide or any natural calamity roads closed then there is no refund and cab will not go anywhere and the agency is not responsible for any loss.
 Refund on cancellation depends upon concerned the hotel's cancellation policy and the agency cancellation policy.
 The agency is not responsible for any personal loss, any damage to passengers traveling or any mishappening any road accident during the tour.
 The package once purchased cannot be rescheduled or Changed under any circumstances.
 The agency is not responsible for any vehicle damage in terms of a mechanical fault, any electrical fault or tire bust or any other problem in the vehicle during the tour ( In this case no refund will be given).
 Entry fee to any park/Museum/ Amusement park/ Zoo/ theatre/Club/ Temple and charges for any activities is not included /Charges Related to horse Ride/Camel Ride/Yak Ride/ Paragliding/ River Rafting/Ropeway etc.
 Games are not included.
 Clearance of full package payment is mandatory before 2nd day of the trip start, else agent is liable to hold the service.
 If full package payments not done within the given time frame your booking will stand canceled & the agency is not liable to refund the advance booking amount paid by you to confirm the package.
 All the meals mentioned in the itinerary would be provided in the specified hotel only, where you are going to stay during the tour.
 Travel/Medical insurance not included Fees / Charges related to any tourist permit is not included apart from the charges mentioned in the inclusion service.
 A personal medical kit is not included.
 Expenses for personal nature are not included.
 Emergency evacuation cost is not included.

OTHER INFORMATION:

 Child below 5 yrs is complimentary.
 Prepaid cellular connections will not work in Kashmir only post-paid cellular connection will work on roaming.
 Reach airport prior to 3 hours of your departure due to security reasons/checking.
 Before travelling visit weather forecast to get well informed which clothing to carry howsoever we advise to keep heavy woollens for winters and light woollens for summers.

 If you are staying in houseboats ask for mobile no. of houseboat attendant or your local tour coordinator and call him before reaching to Srinagar so that he can arrange Shikara for crossing well in advance.
 If any additional cost asked by driver during the tour please coordinate to your tour representative before giving any cash.
 It is always advisable to follow the timings provided by your tour coordinator/ Driver to experience hassle free travel.
 Follow the hotel timings for your breakfast & Dinner, we shall not be responsible.
 Always carry your Travel documents / Hotel Confirmation for the smooth check in at Hotel.


THE COST EXCLUDES:

• Expenses of personal nature such as tips, laundry, telephone & table Drinks etc.
• Internal Airfare Garden entrance fee Rs 30 -50per person per garden.
• Pony Ride in Gulmarg/Pahalgam/Sonamarg Rs. 1500 - 2500 per person (depends on place).
• Cable Car rides in Gulmarg. Phase I Rs. 750&Phase II Rs. 950/- per person.
• Trip to Chandanwari, Betaab valley & Aru in Pahalgam. Rs. 850 – 1000 per place depend on cab you hire.
• Local Taxi from zero point in Sonamarg. Rs. 5000 – 6000 depends on cab you hire.
• GST / TAXES.
• In case of snow chain Vehicle required for up and down for 01 vehicle @ 2500/-
