Our representative will be present at the airport to receive you. From Lucknow, we drive down for about 225 km to reach Nepalgunj. After reaching Nepalgunj, we check into our hotel and freshen up. In the evening, we have a program briefing. Overnight at Nepalgunj

Early morning, we have flight to Simikot from Nepalgunj. It is a regular and tiny flight from Nepalgunj to Simikot always in the early morning. The rest of the day is rest for acclimatization. Overnight stay at Simikot.

Today we will fly to Hilsa by helicopter and drive to Purang. The rest of the day is rest for acclimatization. Overnight stay at purang.

Afterbreakfast, we leave purang in a private jeep for Lake Manasarovar. Right from the beginning, the highway commences making a gradual ascent. The road still keeps ascending up to the High Pass, which lies before Rakshas Lake. The drive to Lake Manasarovar takes about two to three hours as we cruise while enjoying the scenic landscapes of the holy land. On the way we will have a short break in Rakshas Taal where we can take some pictures and enjoy the sceneries. The lake 'Rakshas' represents the force of the devil. This is where Ravana, 'the mighty King of Lanka', had performed a penance to lord Shiva for 5000 years. We will make a brief halt at the shore of Lake Rakshas, soak in the views and take pictures; then continue our journey towards Lake Manasarovar. Then after a holy dip and lunch, we will depart for a circumambulation around the lake Manasarovar in a private jeep. This takes approximately 3 hours. Overnight at guest house

After performing Havan/Pooja in the morning and taking a holy dip in the lake, we drive towards Darchen from where we can get the closest views of Mount Kailash. Overnight stay at guest house

We will drive to yamdwar, start trekking from Yamdwar to dirapuk, the total journey to Dirapuk monastery is 5 to 6 hours. The route is quite easy, flat but the ascent is mild. Due to its extreme elevation, we feel tired while walking and need to have a break very frequently. However, it depends on your pace. Overnight at guest house

Today is the toughest day of our entire journey. Early in the morning we start walking up hill ascending to Drolma-La at (5636m). The entire trail up to Drolma-La is gradually up and from here the trail rapidly drops down to the next valley Zuthulpuk. This particular portion of the trek is a rapid incline and the track is full of boulders and screes, so one should pay continued attention while trekking down here. The holiest water pond (Gauri kunda) is just situated beyond this pass. People believe that Parvati, the wife of Lord Shiva used to take a bath in this lake. After making the downhill trek to the valley, the trek to Zuthulpuk monastery requires another two hours. The trail is easy and flat up to Zuthulpuk. And then finally we will reach Zuthulpuk where we spend overnight at guest house

Today, we finish our trek/Kora near Darchen where our vehicles will be waiting to fetch you and transfer to Taklakot via the same route. Undoubtedly, today is the most hectic day of your journey. You need to yet go for another 08 km walk to accomplish the circumambulation; then drive all the way to Hilsa. As usual after morning meals, you will pack up your belongings then be ready to move on to Purang. Overnight at guest house

Early morning, we will drive to Hilsa. From hilsa we will have a flight to Simikot and from simikot we have a flight to Nepalgunj. From Nepalgunj will depart to Lucknow.
