Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 Nairobi Airport To Masaimara + Masai Village Tour + Afternoon Game Drive

Upon Arrival in Nairobi. You will meet your driver cum Guide waiting for you outside the arrival area of the Airport. Pick up from Airport and drive southwards along the floor of the Great Rift Valley with stop over at the view point. Then proceed to Masai Mara with a picnic lunch arriving in the afternoon.

Day 2 Full Day Game Drive Safari At Masai Mara

After breakfast with picnic lunch, you spend a full day game viewing with a visit to the Mara River where there is concentration of a lot of animals. You will have your picnic lunch as you watch the crocodiles, hippos and other animals living in water. On this day you have the option of going to visit the Masai villages. All meals and overnight at the camp.

Day 3 Transfer From Maasai Mara To Lake Naivasha Via Lake Nakuru

Lake Naivasha

Transfer from Masai Mara to Naivasha via Nakuru. Post that have a game drive at Lake Nakuru, further watch Flamingo's at lake Nakuru. Post your Safari and Visit, get transferred to your accommodation.

Day 4 Lake Naivasha (boat Ride) + Crescent Island + Transfer To Nairobi

Lake Naivasha

After breakfast, check out and proceed towards one of the most famous lakes of Kenya – Lake Naivasha, which is well known for its large population of hippos. Enjoy a scenic boat ride on the lake, followed by a visit to Crescent Island for a unique walking safari where you can witness giraffes, herds of zebras, and other wildlife from a very close distance in their natural habitat. Later, proceed towards Nairobi for your drop-off at your hotel.

Day 5 Nairobi City Tour Via A Private Car With Entry Tickets

Enjoy a guided Nairobi city tour in a private car with all entry tickets included. Begin your day at the Giraffe Centre, where you can feed and interact with endangered Rothschild giraffes. Continue to the Nairobi National Museum to explore Kenya’s rich history, culture and natural heritage through engaging exhibits. Later, visit the Nairobi Snake Park located within the museum complex to see a fascinating collection of reptiles including snakes, crocodiles, and turtles.

Day 6 Nairobi Hotel - Nairobi Airport (departure)

Departure from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. Check out from the hotel. The exact pick-up timing will be informed one day prior to the transfer (generally 4 hours before your flight departure). Important Terms and Conditions
Live Pricing & Availability:
All prices quoted are dynamic and subject to availability at the time of booking. No reservations have been made at the time of sharing this itinerary. Final prices and confirmations can only be guaranteed once the booking is confirmed and payment is received.
Government Taxes & GST:
GST and any other applicable government taxes will be charged as per the prevailing regulations of the Government of India at the time of booking. Any revision in government taxes or statutory charges will be borne by the customer.
TCS on Overseas Tour Packages:
As per the provisions of the Income Tax Act under the Liberalised Remittance Scheme (LRS), 2% Tax Collected at Source (TCS) is applicable on overseas tour packages. This amount will be collected along with the package cost and deposited with the Income Tax Department against the traveller’s PAN number. The collected amount can be claimed as tax credit while filing your Income Tax Return for the respective financial year.
Payment Policy:
A booking will be confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or advance payment. The balance payment must be cleared as per the payment schedule communicated at the time of booking. Failure to make payments within the stipulated timeline may result in cancellation of the booking and applicable cancellation charges.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Cancellation charges will apply as per the cancellation policy of the respective airlines, hotels, cruise operators and other service providers involved in the itinerary. Any cancellation must be communicated to Marvellous Milestone in writing. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation charges and administrative fees.
Visa Responsibility:
It is the traveller’s responsibility to provide the required documents for visa processing as per the respective embassy or consulate guidelines. Grant or rejection of a visa is solely at the discretion of the concerned embassy/high commission. Marvellous Milestone only facilitates the visa application on a best-effort basis and shall not be responsible for any visa rejection or delays. Cancellation policies will apply even in case of visa rejection.
Travel Insurance:
Travellers are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, baggage loss and other unforeseen circumstances. Marvellous Milestone shall not be responsible for any financial losses arising due to lack of adequate travel insurance.
Travel Advisory & Health Regulations:
Travellers are advised to check and comply with all travel advisories, entry regulations, vaccination requirements and health guidelines issued by the respective destination governments. Any changes in regulations after booking that affect travel will be the responsibility of the traveller.
Itinerary Changes:
The itinerary shared is indicative and may be subject to change due to factors such as local weather conditions, operational issues, airline schedule changes, festivals, political situations or other unforeseen circumstances. Marvellous Milestone reserves the right to modify the itinerary in the best interest of the traveller.
Flight Schedule Changes:
Airline schedules are subject to change without prior notice. Travellers are advised to reconfirm their flight timings directly with the airline at least 72 hours prior to departure.
Hotel Policies & Special Requests:
Special requests such as bed type, interconnecting rooms, early check-in, late check-out or specific room preferences are subject to availability at the time of check-in and are solely at the discretion of the hotel management. Additional charges, if any, must be borne by the traveller.
Foreign Exchange Fluctuation:
Package prices are calculated based on prevailing foreign exchange rates. Any significant fluctuation in exchange rates or supplier charges prior to full payment may lead to a revision in the package price if the change is beyond control.
Force Majeure:
Marvellous Milestone shall not be liable for any delay, cancellation or change in travel services due to circumstances beyond its control including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, airline disruptions, strikes, war, government restrictions or similar unforeseen events.
Liability Disclaimer:
Marvellous Milestone acts only as an intermediary between travellers and service providers such as airlines, hotels, transport operators and local tour operators. We shall not be responsible for any injury, loss, damage, delay or inconvenience caused by third-party service providers.
Jurisdiction:
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the services provided by Marvellous Milestone shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, India.
Passport & Travel Documents:
It is the traveller’s responsibility to ensure that their passport is valid for at least 6 months from the date of return travel and has the required number of blank pages for visas and immigration stamps. Marvellous Milestone shall not be responsible for any denied boarding, entry refusal or additional costs arising due to invalid or insufficient travel documents.
No-Show Policy:
In case the traveller does not report for the booked flight, hotel, transfer or tour service (no-show), the booking will be treated as cancelled and no refund may be applicable depending on the service provider’s policies.
Missed Flights or Connections:
Travellers are responsible for reaching airports, railway stations or departure points on time. Marvellous Milestone will not be responsible for missed flights, transfers or tours due to delays caused by the traveller or unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, personal delays or documentation issues.
Baggage & Personal Belongings:
Travellers are responsible for their personal belongings and baggage during the trip. Marvellous Milestone shall not be liable for loss, theft or damage to baggage or personal items during travel, at hotels, airports or during tours.
Conduct During Travel:
Travellers are expected to comply with local laws, customs and regulations of the destination country. Any illegal activity, misconduct or violation of local regulations may result in denial of services without refund, and Marvellous Milestone will not be held responsible for any consequences arising from such actions.
Responsibility for Additional Expenses:
Any additional expenses incurred due to delays, cancellations, weather conditions, airline rescheduling, natural disasters, political disturbances or other unforeseen circumstances shall be borne by the traveller.
Acceptance of Terms & Conditions:
By confirming the booking and making payment, the traveller acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to all the Terms & Conditions stated above.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

Flight Cancellation Policy:
Flight cancellation and refund will be strictly as per the airline's cancellation policy and fare rules. Marvellous Milestone will not be responsible for airline schedule changes, cancellations or refund timelines.

Visa Cancellation Policy:
Visa fees are non-refundable once the visa application process has started and documents have been submitted to the embassy or consulate.

Land Package Cancellation Policy:
After booking up to 46 days before departure: ₹500 per person
30–45 days before departure: ₹5,000 per person
15–29 days before departure: 25% of the total package cost
8–14 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost
0–7 days before departure: 100% of the total package cost (no refund)

Important Notes:

Non-Refundable Hotels / Services:
If any hotels, cruises, flights or services are booked under non-refundable rates, the actual cancellation charges from the supplier will be applicable in addition to the above cancellation charges.

TCS Refund Policy:
Tax Collected at Source (TCS) collected on overseas tour packages and deposited with the Income Tax Department cannot be refunded by Marvellous Milestone. The traveller can claim the same as tax credit while filing their Income Tax Return.

GST on Cancellation:
GST charged at the time of booking will be treated as per Government of India GST regulations applicable at the time of cancellation.

Postponement / Date Change:
In case of cancellation within 7 days before departure, efforts will be made to provide an option to postpone or reschedule the travel with minimal charges. However, this will depend on airline, hotel and supplier policies and cannot be guaranteed.

Supplier Cancellation Charges:
Airlines, hotels, cruises and other service providers may have their own cancellation rules.

Force Majeure / Government Restrictions:
In case of cancellation due to circumstances beyond control such as natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, airline disruptions, war or government travel restrictions, refunds will be processed strictly as per the policies of airlines, hotels and other suppliers.

Refund Processing Time:
Any applicable refund will be processed after receiving funds from the respective service providers and may take 30–45 working days.
