Day 1

Delhi to Manali (Overnight Journey by Volvo)

From the airport / Railway Station You will have to come to Kashmiri gate/Majnu Ka Tilla . It will take you 1 hour to reach Delhi from the airport / Railway Station .after 10 o'clock your Volvo will start from Delhi to Manali. Your journey from Delhi to Manali will be overnight . Next morning you will reach in Manali.

Arrive in Manali – Drive to Sarchu

Morning: Reach Manali, freshen up quickly. Drive to Sarchu via Atul Tunnel sissu Keylong , Jispa , Baralacha La Pass Evening: Arrive at Sarchu, acclimatization begins. Stay Camps in Sarchu.

Terms & Conditions

The Company is Responsible for only those services which are charged from the guest. All other services which are not paid by the guest to the Company are suggested services and company is nowhere bound to provide that service or pay the cost for the same.
If due to reasons beyond our control like riots, flood, accidents or any other natural or man-made calamities, the program of the tour has to be changed or extended, the additional expenditure for the same will have to be borne by the passengers. As if any passengers, has to leave the tour mid-way, due to any reasons like death of relative, or illness or any other reasons, there shall be no refund for the remaining portion of the tour.
If the passenger has any complaints regarding our service like hotels, house boats, transport etc are advised to inform immediately so that the same be readdressed on the spot. No complaints or refund for the same be entertained after the tour programs.

Check-in & Check-out Policy

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. The standard check-in time is 1300hrs and the standard check-out time is 1200hrs

If Air Tickets has been booked by us 100% of the ticket amount will be deducted if the fare is non-refundable.
Within 60 Days prior to arrival date of the tour packages/Hotel Booking/Transportation: 25% Retention of the Tour Cost.
Within 15 Days prior to arrival date of the tour packages/Hotel Booking/Transportation: 50% Retention of the Tour Cost.
Within 7 Days prior to arrival date of the tour packages/Hotel Booking/Transportation:100% Retention of the Tour Cost.
