Masai Mara Tour

After breakfast depart from Nairobi and drive to the Rift Valley View Point where you will stop and take some photos of the Rift Valley, the nearby Suswa Ranges and Mount Longonot. Descend on a winding road to the floor of the Rift Valley driving to Narok Town where you will have a stop over to buy snacks before driving to Masai Mara arriving in time for lunch. After lunch have an evening gamedrive as the mid-day heat retreats and as the sun goes down and wildlife emerges from the shade. You can easily spot Lions, Leopards, Elephant, Cheetahs, Buffalo and numerous other wild animals in their natural habitat, Masai Mara hosts the annual wildebeest (gnu) and zebra migration of over 2 million animals between Kenya and Tanzania during the months of June-October.

Meals & Drinks : Lunch & Dinner

After breakfast have a morning game drive in search for wild animals. You will drive to the famous Mara River in search of hippos and crocodiles; between July and September, there is the Great Migration of the Wildebeest from Serengeti plains to Masai Mara through Mara River. This annual event was named as one of the Seven New Wonders of the World. Enroute you will also see the Kenya-Tanzania border that marks one side of the Mara Triangle. You will have your lunch in the park and proceed on a game drive probably in search of animals not seen so far.

Early in the morning head out on a game drive in search of Africa's big cats as they complete their night's hunt or feed on their prey. You have great chances to view lions, cheetahs and leopards at this time of the morning then head to camp for breakfast. Depart Masai Mara for Nairobi with a short stop at a curio shop you can buy some souvenirs after which you head out for Nairobi with lunch en route, arriving in the evening.
