The name Sian Ka’an is a Mayan phrase meaning, “where the sky is born.” While exploring this natural paradise, you will enjoy a boat ride through dense, beautiful mangrove canals and then visit a small archaeological site once used by the Mayans as a trading post. To cool off, the Reserve tour is followed by a unique swimming experience in a natural lazy river.
