Day 1 Arrive Shimla / Afternoon Shimla City Tour

Arrive in Shimla, pick-up, and drop at your hotel in Shimla. Early check-in rooms are subject to availability. Free Day for rest at the hotel or evening free to your own to explore the famous Mall Road at your own. In the afternoon, proceed for Shimla sightseeing - visit the Indian Institute of Advanced Study (formerly known as the Viceregal Lodge, closed on Mondays), Christ Church, Jakhu Temple (via ropeway - tickets on direct payment), Scandal Point, Lakkar Bazaar,the Mall Road, and the Ridge. Overnight in Shimla. Meals: NIL

Day 2 In Shimla - Morning Kufri Tour

KufriThe Mall Road

Today morning, after breakfast at the hotel, we will proceed for a half-day tour of Kufri, where you can enjoy various rides and activities at your own cost. Late afternoon, return and drop back at the hotel. Evening, you are free to explore the Mall road or local market at your own. Overnight in Shimla. Meals: Breakfast

Day 3 Departure Transfer To Volvo Bus Stand / Bus To Delhi

Today morning, after breakfast at the hotel, we will transfer you to the bus stand to board the bus to Delhi. (Departure time will be mentioned on your Volvo bus ticket) Bus departs from Shimla around between 0900 Hrs - 1030 hrs. En-route bus journey - snacks and meals are not included in the cost and will be on a direct payment basis. Meals: Breakfast

Notes
Our cost is based on base category rooms. If room upgradation is needed, supplement cost will be applicable.
AC will not work in hill stations and vehicles may or may not have power windows.
Some hotels charge extras for using heaters, it will be payable directly at the hotel.
All sightseeing timings are subject to local road and trafc conditions.
The transportation / hotel cost is subject to change and charge extra on the tour cost, if there will be hike in the rates of fuel prices or increase in hotel rates due to changes in the Govt taxes.
Normal 2x2 vehicle provide, if required 4x4 vehicle due to heavy snow, then extra charges will be applicable.
A service of cab and driver would be provided as per the itinerary, not for at disposal.
No refund or reduction will be given for any services, which are not utilized.
The payments for additional service/ extra meals taken at hotel are to be settled directly at there.
Early Check-in and late Check out room not included in the tour cost and subject to availability.
Remarks
Extra adult is the 3rd person, shares the same DBL room and is provided with an extra bed or roll away mattress.
Mostly the hotels allow 03 adults in one double room with an extra bed or 02 adults and 02 children below 12 yrs. of age with one extra bed.
Local Sightseeing depends upon snow and road conditions.
This is quote only and we are not holding any conrmed reservation either in hotel.
The booking is processed after receiving the advance amount. If we fail to give you conrmation on your requested date than entire advance amount is refundable to you.
We have made all possible efforts to make Hotel related information’s as authentic as possible. We hold no responsibility if any of the information is found to be incorrect / changed. We solicit discretion of the customer before nalizing the Hotel.
Terms and conditions .
100% advance amount to be deposited by the guest to conrm the Hotel / Camp reservation.
Please provide government issued ids to process the reservation and need to carry physical copy during the travel and for stay at hotels.
Hotel vouchers are delivered in the email and in the given WhatsApp number of the booked guest.
The guest must carry conrmed Hotel voucher at the time of check-in at hotel.
Check in time is 1400 hrs and check out time is 1100 hrs.
Fixed / chef choice meals will be provided to the staying guests as per booked meal plans.
We shall not be bound to refund the amount held up with the service providers like airlines, Hotel etc unless they refund us in our bank account.
If due to pandemic the tour cannot be availed altogether then our liability will be limited to refund of tour money after deducting 5% of the tour costs and amount spent towards the booked services which is held up with service providers. One the tour commences there shall be no refund.

Important Information

Please prefer payment through a cash deposit at our ofce/to our representative; cheque (delivery of documents will be subject to clearance of cheques and cheque will be accepted if the travel date is more than 1 week later. For closer dates, a cheque will not be acceptable); PO/DD;
Bank transfer. EMI payment option also available online presently. For any other payment mode, the same could be subject to transaction charges. For specic guidance/clarication you may contact our executive dealing with you, beforehand.
Cash depositin our ofce, our staff & direct cash depositin any of Company Bank Account must be less than Rs. 1,99,000/-. For any clarication, you must callthe undersigned before depositing in our Bank Account as there is a penalty u/s 271DA of IT Act.

Additional Payment Terms

Entire tour cost must be paid on demand and in any case before date of travel;
Advance amount (part of tour cost) is taken to process the booking and to secure part cancellation charges applicable in case of tour is canceled for whatsoever reason;
Balance tour cost is demanded once the package is ready before the delivery of tour package/ tour component(s);
If balance tour cost is not made as demanded in writing/ sms / phone call, tour package/ tour component(s) shall be liable to be released and the package will be treated as canceled for want of balance amount. Such cancellation shall be subject to applicable cancellation charges and advance amount collected will be adjusted towards cancellation charges. If advance amount falls short to recover entire cancellation charges the remaining cancellation charges shall be recovered as per the cancellation terms/policy applicable to the booking;
No booking is undertaken without cancellation charges. If there is any doubt about cancellation terms or policy applicable to your booking please get it claried before the advance payment is made for processing the cancellation charges; and
Initiation of the booking process should not be viewed as conrmation of booking. We reserve our right to call off the booking if unable to process and in that case we will only be liable to make a refund of the advance amount collected if any.

Online Booking Procedure

To book online, you need to make payment as per the minimum booking amount specied in “Book Online” section of this package OR Rs. 10,000/- per person.
As soon as you make an online booking, you will receive a booking voucher in your email.
You will receive a call from our support staff about your booking status.
We will start the process at our end while you sit back at home and dream about your holiday.
The balance payment would be collected as per the case mentioned below:
If you are booking within 10 days of date oftravel,
You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
If you are booking within 10 – 20 days of date oftravel,
You will need to make payment of 75% of the tour package cost / tour components costs at the time of booking process is undertaken.
Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of conrmation of booking.
If you are booking within more than 20 days of date oftravel,
You will need to make payment of booking amount of Rs. 20,000/- per pax at the time of booking process is undertaken.
Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of conrmation of booking.
If your booking is having tour components which needs guaranteed booking as per stipulated condition,
You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
No cancellation will be allowed once booking is made even if by some reason short payment has been made. The tourist will have to make entire payment whether he or she travels or not.
Once the entire package formalities are completed at our end, our representative will share package to you.

Standard Booking Procedure (in Case Of Offine Bookings)

Cancellation charges 45 days before of date of travel:20% of total package cost .
Cancellation charges between 30 to 45 days of date of travel:30% of the total package amount
Cancellation charges between 15 to 30 days of date of travel:50% of the total package amount
Cancellation charges within 10 to 15 days of date of travel:75% of the total package amount
Cancellation charges within 10 days of date of travel:100% package amount will be forfeited.
