Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Delhi------Kullu (396 km 10 to 11 hr)

  On arrival at Delhi Airport you will meet and assisted and overnight drive to Kullu valley. After Reached at Kullu transfer to riverside or hill top camps in garsa valley check in at camps freshen up than proceed to local Sightseeing of valley. In evening back to camps .
  Overnight stay at camps.

• Day 2 : Garsa-----Manihar-----Panchanala (30-35 km jeep Safari , 4-5 km trek)

  Meals: Breakfast + Dinner
  After breakfast enjoy local sightseeing of garsa valley and you can do paragliding or demand basis and jeep Safari towards manihar village .
  After reaching manihar village just take the look of village till we can do some permission work from NHPC gaurds , then our trek starts from panchanala to our base camp for over night.

• Day 3 : Basecamp (pancha )----Potha top---Futa sor

  Meals: Breakfast+ Dinner
  After breakfast trek min. 5 to 6 hrs. towards pota top under the deep forest of pine, rakhal and kharsh tress after trekking of 3 to 4 hrs you will noticed that you are going up from treeline and submitted the potha top , relaxing at potha and take some meal and some refreshment of the place and then trek towards the futa sor min. 10 to 15 min trek.
  Overnight stay at camps

• Day 4 : Futasor---khaurli gaulu (khauli pass)---Seudugh

  Meal: Breakfast & Dinner
  After breakfast trek towards Seudugh under the forest of Kharsh trees and the wild Rhododendron flowers , After trekking for 2-3 hrs you will reach at a nala or small river that comes from shiva lake. After taking rest move towards the seudugh and setup the camps.
  Overnight night stay at camps

  • Themes : Camping, Trekking, Sightseeing

• Day 5 : Seudugh----Bhekhalkhal-----Khadi ruadi(4000 m)

  After breakfast trek towards the bhekhalkhal its not that much cliff to walk but it will take min. 1-2 hrs trek , after reaching at bhekhalkhal give some rest to legs or having some lunch and trek towards the Khadi ruadi after reaching there set up the camps and over night stay at camps.

• Day 6 : Shimla------------Amritsar Departure (299km 8-9 hr.)

  Meal: Breakfast
  After breakfast check out at the Hotel and driven back to Amritsar. Reach Amritsar at Evening our driver drop you at airport or railway station to catch onwards flights or trains.

• High altitude travel are adventure activities and the rates do not cover any insurance, risk Cover, damages, claims etc. A person coming on adventure tour has to be covered for Adventure travel & activities apart from normal travel insurance. Wild Lotus Travels or any of its service providers would not be liable in any case for any mishap/ loss etc.
• It is in the nature of a holiday of this kind (High Altitude Travel or Adventure Tour) to be flexible. The day to day agenda and ultimate goal of the tour is taken as an aim and not as a contractual obligation. We shall not be responsible for the delays or alterations in the program or expenses incurred due to rain, landslides, snow, flood, conflict, internalflight delay or cancellations, strikes, sickness, weather, war, vehicle problems, political closures and disputes.
• Any alterations in programs and any extra expenses thus incurred due to any reason beyond our control has to be settled directly if such charges come up to make necessary amendments and arrangements for a safe passage. Failing direct settlement of expenses, the company in operation would have to furnish us a guarantee of payment in writing and make payments before the tour services terminates.While traveling in Trans Himalayan regions (Spiti – Kinnaur & ladakh) if due to anyunforeseen circumstances like rain, landslides etc, the itinerary may have to be changed at last minute. In case there are any last minute changes due to operational problems,there are no refunds or compensation associated with it. However, if the costs go up dueto changed itinerary the guests may have to pay supplement costs for changed itineraryand ground arrangements.For travel to Ladakh & Kinnaur Spiti or high altitude tour or for any other high altitude tour a person should be covered under travel insurance and the insurance should also include adventure travel and repatriation by a helicopter. Our tour cost donot include any travel insurance/ repatriation charges/ damages/ claims etc incase of any eventuality.
• We advise that the Indian nationals carry some identity proof along with him/ her during his/ her tour to Kinnaur & Spiti regions like driving license or voter I card or passport.This at time may be required to show at Army check posts while traveling from one place to other (in rare cases Army check posts may ask for an identity proof). Foreign nationals should also have all travel documents in original.
• Please note, the names of hotels mentioned above only indicate that our rates have been based on usage of these hotels. It is not to be construed that accommodation is confirmed at these hotels until and unless we convey the confirmations to you on receipt of your acceptance. However in the event of any of the above mentioned hotels not becoming available at the time of initiating the reservations, we shall book alternate accommodation at a similar or next best available hotel and shall pass on the difference of rates (supplement/reduction whatever applicable to you.

AMENDMENTS / CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT

• If the Client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reasons Including death, accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the Balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client.
• All cancellations are to be communicated in written and advance amount is non Refundable, besides the forfeiture of the deposit amount of the tour, a further charge will be Levied as follows:-
• 25% cancellation of the package cost after confirmation/issuing the hotel voucher.
• 30 days prior to departure of the tour, advance amount is non refundable, advance will Becharged.
• 29 days to 15 days prior to departure of the tour 50% of total tour cost.
• 14 days to 08 days prior to departure of the tour 75% of total tour cost.
• 07 days to 01 days prior to departure of the tour 100% of total tour cost.
• There will be no refund for NO SHOWS.
