Day 1

Arrival In Leh

Leh Palace

After arrival at Leh Airport, you would be transferred to hotel for check-in. Today you are free for leisure & acclimatization. Evening Visit to Leh Market, Leh Palace & Shanti Stupa. Overnight at the Hotel.

Day 2

Leh – Sangam – Hall Of Fame – Leh

Today after breakfast leave for half day excursion to Hall of Fame, Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, Magnetic Hill & Sangam View where Indus & Zanskar River meet. Afternoon you would be driven back to hotel. Night stay at hotel in Leh.

Day 3

Leh – Khandrungla Top – Nubra Valley

Today after an early breakfast you would be driven to Nubra Valley. Enroute visit Khardung-la-pass, the highest motorable road in the world at 18,380ft. Nubra Valley is popularly known as Ldorma or the valley of flowers. It is situated to the north of Ladakh between the Karakoram and Ladakh ranges of the Himalayas. Arrive at Hunder & check in at Hotel/Camps. Later visit Diskit Village & enjoy the Camel ride on sand dunes. Dinner and overnight stay at Hotel/Camp.

Day 4

Nubra Valley – Pangong Lake

Pangong Lake

Today after breakfast, we shall drive to Pangong Lake via Shyok, Durbuk and Tangste villages. Pangong Lake is in the east to the Leh in the Changthang region of Ladakh and perhaps one of the most amazing lakes in Asia which changes its color 4 – 5 times a day. At evening enjoy the breathtaking view of Pangong Lake. Overnight at the Camp at Pangong Lake.

Day 5

Pangong Lake – Leh

Today after breakfast, check out from the Camp & drive to Leh via Changla Pass (17500ft). On the way visit Shey and Thiksey monasteries. Evening free for leisure & own activities. Overnight at the Hotel.

Day 6

Depart Leh

After Breakfast, check out from the Hotel & you would be transferred to Leh Airport. Your memorable tour to beautiful Ladakh concludes here.

Vehicle is on point to point basis, as per the Itinerary, and not on disposal basis.(Vehicle will Not be used beyond Itinerary i.e. for shopping, meals or any person uses which is not mention in The Itinerary
The Hotel may be subjected to change if rooms are not available on the said Dates. however, similar category of hotel shall be given as an option to chose prior to confirmation Of the tour.( wherever applicable)

Terms & Conditions

High altitude travel are adventure activities and the rates do not cover any insurance, risk Cover, damages, claims etc. A person coming on adventure tour has to be covered for Adventure travel & activities apart from normal travel insurance. Wild Lotus Travels or any of its service providers would not be liable in any case for any mishap/ loss etc.
It is in the nature of a holiday of this kind (High Altitude Travel or Adventure Tour) to be flexible. The day to day agenda and ultimate goal of the tour is taken as an aim and not as a contractual obligation. We shall not be responsible for the delays or alterations in the program or expenses incurred due to rain, landslides, snow, flood, conflict, internalflight delay or cancellations, strikes, sickness, weather, war, vehicle problems, political closures and disputes.
Any alterations in programs and any extra expenses thus incurred due to any reason beyond our control has to be settled directly if such charges come up to make necessary amendments and arrangements for a safe passage. Failing direct settlement of expenses, the company in operation would have to furnish us a guarantee of payment in writing and make payments before the tour services terminates.While traveling in Trans Himalayan regions (Spiti – Kinnaur & ladakh) if due to anyunforeseen circumstances like rain, landslides etc, the itinerary may have to be changed at last minute. In case there are any last minute changes due to operational problems,there are no refunds or compensation associated with it. However, if the costs go up dueto changed itinerary the guests may have to pay supplement costs for changed itineraryand ground arrangements.For travel to Ladakh & Kinnaur Spiti or high altitude tour or for any other high altitude tour a person should be covered under travel insurance and the insurance should also include adventure travel and repatriation by a helicopter. Our tour cost donot include any travel insurance/ repatriation charges/ damages/ claims etc incase of any eventuality.
We advise that the Indian nationals carry some identity proof along with him/ her during his/ her tour to Kinnaur & Spiti regions like driving license or voter I card or passport.This at time may be required to show at Army check posts while traveling from one place to other (in rare cases Army check posts may ask for an identity proof). Foreign nationals should also have all travel documents in original.
Please note, the names of hotels mentioned above only indicate that our rates have been based on usage of these hotels. It is not to be construed that accommodation is confirmed at these hotels until and unless we convey the confirmations to you on receipt of your acceptance. However in the event of any of the above mentioned hotels not becoming available at the time of initiating the reservations, we shall book alternate accommodation at a similar or next best available hotel and shall pass on the difference of rates (supplement/reduction whatever applicable to you.

AMENDMENTS / CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT

If the Client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reasons Including death, accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the Balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client.
All cancellations are to be communicated in written and advance amount is non Refundable, besides the forfeiture of the deposit amount of the tour, a further charge will be Levied as follows:-
25% cancellation of the package cost after confirmation/issuing the hotel voucher.
30 days prior to departure of the tour, advance amount is non refundable, advance will Becharged.
29 days to 15 days prior to departure of the tour 50% of total tour cost.
14 days to 08 days prior to departure of the tour 75% of total tour cost.
07 days to 01 days prior to departure of the tour 100% of total tour cost.
There will be no refund for NO SHOWS.
