Package Overview

Inclusions:
Hotel Rooms are subject to availability.
It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in.
The identification proofs accepted are Driving License, Voters Card, Passport, and Ration Card. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in. Note- PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
All transfers and sightseeing are as per the Itinerary/package and in case of Air Conditioned vehicles, it will be switched off in the hills.
The inclusion of extra bed with a booking is facilitated with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. The standard check-in time is 1300 hrs and the standard check-out time is 1000 hrs.
Any kind of personal expenses (Laundry, room service etc..) or optional tours/ extra meals are not inclusive in the package cost.
The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Travelspro will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
In case of non-availability of above mentioned hotels similar category hotel will be provided.Any Airfare, Insurance
Any personal expenses like tips to waiters, drivers, laundry, alcoholic drinks, telephonic calls etc.
Entry fees, camera fees to the monuments
Any Loss / expenses incurred by unforeseen circumstances e.g. flight delays/cancellations, road blockage, vehicle breakdown strikes etc.

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Bagdogra

  On arrival at IXB/NJP and transfer to Darjeeling (55 kms), once the summer capital of India; Darjeeling is a land of infinite variety and charm. It will cater you a mix-experience of lively nature charming Himalayan people. Surrounded by Tea gardens; this little town faces some of the highest peaks of the Himalayas. Take a rest and then a walk around town to appreciate the new culture you are in. Stay overnight at Hotel.

• Day 2 : Darjeeling Local sightseeing

  Early morning start for Tiger Hill to watch the spectacular sunrise and its amazing effects on the Mt. Kanchendzonga (Worlds 3rd highest peak),Visit Ghoom Monastery and Batashia Loop War Memorial while returning to the Hotel. After breakfast followed by Half day best point local sightseeing covering Japanese Temple, Peace Pagoda, Padmaja N.Zoological Garden, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Tibetan Refugee Self-help Center. After that visit Mall (Chowrasta) along with local Market for City Life. Stay overnight at hotel.

• Day 3 : Darjeeling to Gangtok

  Morning after breakfast transfer to Gangtok (117 kms) at an altitude of 5500ft Gangtok is the Capital of Sikkim is a beautiful and clean town promising of the best monasteries and landscapes. Stay overnight at hotel.

• Day 4 : Gangtok Local Sightseeing

  Early morning after breakfast departure to Gangtok Local Sightseeing covering 10 points, Including Rumtek, Botanical Garden Shanti Viewpoint, Chorten stupa, Tibetology, Bhanjhakri Water Falls, Nam Nam Viewpoint, Ropeway, Enchey Monestry, Flower Show. Stay overnight at Hotel.

• Day 5 : Excursion Trip to Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir

  After breakfast trip to Tsomgo lake (12400 ft), which is only 32 kms from Gangtok City, the oval shaped lake is almost about 1 Km long, and 15 mtrs deep. The lake is considered sacred by the local people, after that visit 18 kms from the Lake Baba Mandir, (Temple of disappeared army personal) and back to Gangtok. Stay overnight in Gangtok hotel.

• Day 6 : Gangtok – Bagdogra (IXB)/ NJP

  Morning, transfer to IXB/NJP (120 kms). Tour ends.

• Rates applicable for Indian Nationals only. Non Indian Nationals may avail the same package after inquiring about the applicable rate.

• Refund on cancellation strictly depends upon concerned hotel's cancellation policy


• The above package is not valid during national holidays, festivals & long weekends

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation done from the booking date till seven days prior to the departure date, charges is thirty percent of the package cost.


• Cancellation done from three days to seven days prior to the departure date, charges is fifty percent of the package cost.


• Cancellation done twenty four hours to three days prior to departure date, charges are seventy five percent of the packages cost


• Cancellation done less than twenty four hours prior to the departure date, charges are hundred percent of the package cost
