Basin Falls is a smallish 20 ft. cascade along Swanson Creek, in Uvas Canyon Park. Of the five waterfalls in Uvas Canyon Park, Basin Falls is the least interesting. To reach Basin Falls, continue on the waterfall loop trail past Upper Falls for about 0.2 miles. There is a signed spur trail leading to the falls. When we arrived at Basin Falls, my first thought was "is this it?", expecting to see much more than this small cascade. We wondered if there was another falls above Basin Falls, and there is a makeshift trail leading up the side of the cliff, but we don't believe there is anything above it.
