Today after breakfast, proceed toward Pahalgam, the 'Valley of Shepherds' which is situated at the confluence of streams flowing from the River Lidder and Sheshnag Lake. Enrooted visit Saffron Fields and Awantipura Ruins. The famous Awantipura temple was built in the honor of God Mahadev by AwantiVarman. The Shiva - Avantishvara temple in Awantipura has massive walls beneath the town and therefore has great archaeological significance. Also take a stopover Anantnag Sulphur Spring. Arrive hotel in Pahalgam. Check in at hotel (Lunch at hotel restaurant on your own). Post lunch your day is free to soak in the beauty of Pahalgam. Day at rest or leisure on your own activities. This morning after breakfast visit Chandanwari, situated 16 - km from Pahalgam. At Chandanwari, the Sheshnag River is captivating with its sheer force and clear waters. You can get an opportunity to do sledge riding and get up to some heights, up to the fifth point which is also a route that yatris take to reach the Amarnath Cave. Return to the hotel after sightseeing for lunch. (At your own Cost) Post lunch proceed to Aru Valley & Betaab Valley, originally called the Hajan Valley.
