Day wise Itinerary

Day 1

Overnight Drive & Darshan Prep 09:00 PM Luxury Coach

Sri Padmavathi Ammavari Temple

06:30 AM Arrive, Check-in & Freshen Up Arrive in Tirupati. Check-in to your pre-booked Group Hotel (Requires a large hotel capable of handling 45 check-ins quickly). Time for a quick shower and mandatory temple attire change.
08:30 AM Tirumala Journey Board the coach and proceed to Tirumala (the hill temple). The driver must be experienced with the ghat roads and large bus parking protocols.
10:00 AM Sri Venkateswara Swamy Darshan Perform Darshan at the Sri Venkateswara Swamy Temple. CRITICAL: Must be an officially arranged Group/Special Entry Darshan (SEE) slot to minimize waiting time for 45 people.
01:30 PM Lunch & Rest Group lunch in Tirumala/Tirupati town. Return to the hotel for mandatory rest after the overnight journey and crowded Darshan.
04:30 PM Sri Padmavathi Ammavari Temple Group visit to the essential Sri Padmavathi Ammavari Temple in Tiruchanur. The coach can usually park close by.
07:00 PM Dinner & Overnight Stay Enjoy group dinner and a comfortable overnight stay at your luxury hotel in Tirupati.

Day 2

Local Sightseeing

Local Sightseeing & Return 08:00 AM Breakfast & Check-out Enjoy a complimentary group buffet breakfast. MUST complete check-out by 09:00 AM to maintain the return schedule.
09:00 AM Kapila Theertham Visit Group visit to Kapila Theertham (holy waterfall and temple at the foot of Tirumala hills). Note: The tight schedule strictly excludes Srikalahasti, as that 2.5-hour round trip would make the evening arrival in Madurai excessively late.
12:00 PM Commence Return Journey Begin the long return drive to Madurai. The coach’s comfort is vital for this long day journey (approx. 9.5 – 10.5 hours travel time).
05:00 PM Mandatory Dinner Stop One pre-scheduled group dinner stop (likely near Trichy or Villupuram) is necessary for a group of this size.
10:30 PM – 11:30 PM Drop-off (Madurai) Arrive in Madurai and drop-off at your specified location, concluding your pilgrimage tour.
