All information provided by you (including identity, contact details, and travel documents) must be true and accurate. Any misrepresentation will be solely your responsibility.
Booking & Payments
50% advance payment required for booking; balance 50% on arrival.
Advance amount may vary depending on hotel category selected.
Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in taxes, fuel surcharges, hotel rates, or other factors beyond our control.
Use of Services
Services offered are strictly for personal and lawful use.
Unauthorized use, resale, or commercial exploitation of our services is prohibited.
Any damage caused to property (hotels, vehicles, or other service providers) during the trip due to your negligence will be chargeable to you directly.
Liability Disclaimer
Global Travel Services acts only as an intermediary between customers and service providers (hotels, transport operators, airlines, etc.).
We shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, natural calamities, strikes, or any events beyond our control.
We are not responsible for the policies, quality of service, or acts of third-party providers.

50% payment on arrival to Global Travel Services for hotel & cab booking

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

45 days prior to departure – 25% of the total package cost will be deducted.
30 days prior to departure – 40% of the total package cost will be deducted.
20 days prior to departure – 60% of the total package cost will be deducted.
10 days or less prior to departure / No-show – 100% of the total package cost will be deducted.
