3 Days Tsavo East and Taita Hills Saltlick

Day 1: Mombasa - Tsavo East
Leave Mombasa in the morning and drive to Tsavo East National park, enter the park via Bachuma gate and begin safari game drive looking out for wildlife, pass by the Aruba dam (a water hole where animals come to drink water). Proceed with the game drive to your pre-booked safari lodge in Tsavo East for check-in, lunch and a short rest. Afternoon safari game drive to explore the vast Tsavo East National Park then at 6.00 pm drive back to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Tsavo East - Taita Hills Saltlick
Early morning safari game drive with a chance of seeing the big cats of Tsavo among other animals and bird species. Breakfast will be had at 8.30 am. check out of your safari accommodation for a mid-morning safari game drive then depart to Taita Hills salt lick. Check in to Taita Hills Lodge where you will have your lunch. Depart at around 2.30 pm to Saltlick lodge with game viewing en-route. Dinner and overnight at Salt lick lodge.

Sarova Saltlick Game Lodge is built on stilts around a waterhole and a saltlick - both attractions for a large array of wildlife, especially elephants. In the evenings the animals gather at the waterhole - a spectacular site to behold, to drink at the watering hole.

Day 3: Saltlick - Mombasa
Wake up to an early morning game drive before the main breakfast. This time you have a chance of seeing the big cats of Taita Hills among other wild animals. Back to the lodge for the main breakfast at around 8.30 am followed by the last game drive before exiting the park and driving back to Mombasa.Price may go down depend on the number of participantsGratuities, beverages, laundry and other items of personal nature, any communication cost.
