You will have plenty of time to explore these three famous parks on this Splendid Vacations Safaris 4-day tour. The safari sets out on an amazing adventure via Amboseli National Park, which is surrounded by the magnificent Mt. Kilimanjaro, the highest mountain in Africa, and continues to explore the varied terrain of Tsavo West and Tsavo East. Arrival transfers from the airport are provided. Accommodation before the tour starts can be arranged for an extra cost.
Pick up from your hotel or the airport in Nairobi, followed by a safari briefing and road transfer to Amboseli National Park. On arrival at the camp you will check in and have lunch. In the afternoon you will depart for a game drive in Amboseli, a park noted for its dry ancient lake bed, fragile grassland, acacia woodland and views of Mt Kilimanjaro. Your day ends with dinner and an overnight stay at the camp.
After breakfast you depart Amboseli and drive to Tsavo West National Park, a journey of less than three hours with en route game viewing opportunities. A guaranteed stop is at the famous Mzima Springs where you can observe hippos and fish in crystalline clear water. You will then head to your lodge, check in for lunch and relax at the lodge until 16h00. In the late afternoon you will be picked up for a two hour game drive in Tsavo West where you can spot maneless lions. Return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay at Ngulia Safari Lodge (mid range inside Tsavo West NP). Meals for the day are included while drinks are not included.
After breakfast check out from your lodge and proceed to Tsavo East National Park with game driving en route. Arrive at your lodge early afternoon for a hot lunch and relax while enjoying activities offered by the facility. Later, at around 15h00 your tour guide will collect you for a game drive towards Aruba Dam. Tsavo East is famous for the historical man eaters of Tsavo; you will enjoy game drives until late evening before returning to your lodge for dinner and overnight at Voi Safari Lodge (mid range inside Tsavo East NP). All meals for the day are included while drinks are not included.
On the final day you will rise at sunrise to follow animal trails for early morning wildlife viewing. Return to your lodge for breakfast, check out and then proceed to Mombasa or Malindi. You will be dropped off at your residence, beach hotel, or the airport by early evening. This marks the end of the tour; additional accommodation can be arranged at extra cost. Meals for the day include breakfast and lunch, while dinner and drinks are not included.
