Welcome to Hong Kong, After immigration meet our tour guide , driver & get transferred to Shenzhen Bay Border. As this is a group tour so we all shall be departing together as per flight timings & full coach load. Those arriving early are requested to wait for the fellow passengers. Shenzhen Border to Guangzhou or Foshan - One Way Transfer After the immigration board your coach to Foshan / Guangzhou. At immigration it will take 3 Hrs approx. Please coordinate & cooperate with your tour guide & visa guide. Check into your pre booked hotel. Dinner at Indian Restaurant. Dinner Timings - 8:00 P.M to 10:00 P.M

After breakfast leave for Canton Fair Exhibition - round transfers by shuttle SIC. Overnight stay at Hotel Breakfast & Gala Dinner at Indian Restaurant. Breakfast Timings - 07:00 A.M to 09:00 A.M Gala Dinner Timings - 8:00 P.M to 11:00 P.M Canton Coach Timings :- Hotel to Canton Fair - 08:00 A.M Canton Fair to Hotel - 06:00 P.M If you miss , you will have to manage transfers on your own at your own expense.

After breakfast check out from the hotel & leave for Shenzhen bay Border. Immigration at Border will take 03 Hrs approx. Breakfast at Indian Restaurant. Shenzhen Bay Border to Hongkong hotel - One way transfer After Immigration , board your coach to leave for Hongkong Hotel. Check in time 15:00 Hrs, Early check in subjected to availability. You can enjoy your lunch on your own. Popular food app in Hongkong is Food Panda. Check in & rest. The day is free to explore Hongkong on your own. Important Points to Remember
This is a group tour so we all need to cooperate with each other & move together as a family.
Respecting other countries' laws is a must. We need to be punctual all the time, avoid littering , spitting, talking loud, roaming in the vest in public areas.

Upon arrival we all will wait for all passengers to arrive & leave for China by 16:00 - 16:30 once all passengers arrive.
Meeting point at Hong Kong Airport - Coach Bus Terminal - Gate no 9-10
Please carry your lunch from India or have it at the airport on Day 1. Also don't forget to carry your water bottle waters. Water is not free in H.K & China.
You have to place your luggage yourself in the coach - there is no porter & no guide or driver will help you with the same.
At H.K immigration - Keep your H.K Par, Hotel Vouchers, Insurance, Itinerary , 144 Visa - hard copy ready
Print out to carry - Passport - 3 copies, H.K Par - 2 copies, 144 Visa - 2 Copies. ( There are no free services in china & H.K - even print outs will cost you a lot)
H.K to Shenzhen border is 45-60 minutes journey
Immigration at the Shenzhen border will take around 90-120 minutes.
Shenzhen to Foshan hotel will take around 2 Hrs
At Foshan - Breakfast & Dinner will be at Indian Restaurant which is close to the hotel.
Breakfast timing - 7:00 A.M to 9:00 A.M Dinner timing - 8:00 P.M to 10:00 P.M
Only 1 plate shall be given per meal per person, extra plates shall be charged USD 20 per plate per person directly by the restaurant.
Day 2 to Day 5 - Canton Coaches will leave from hotel parking.
Hotel to Canton Fair - 08:00 A.M Canton Fair to Hotel - 06:00 P.M
The coaches will leave on time & shall not wait for any guest.
We won't give any reminders and expect you all to be punctual.
Those who miss the coach can book the cab on their own at their own expense.
Hotels in Foshan & H.K may ask you for a security deposit , which is fully refundable upon check out.
Last day departure from H.K hotel to airport will be done together as hotel check out time is 11:00 a.m. No transfers shall be given after this time.
Day 6 - Foshan to Hong Kong - for lunch & dinner you can visit Indian restaurant nearby or order app food panda ( Lunch & Dinner at your own cost )
Gala Dinner is included on Day 2 at Foshan . Free Flow from 20:30 to 22:30
If due to any guest - the coaches are delayed that guest will have to pay the waiting charges.
15 minutes - no waiting charges 16 Minutes to 60 Minutes - USD 100 per hour Every additional hr will be - USD 100 per hour

We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting undefined directly or indirectly undefined from any act of GOD, dangers,fire,accident,breakdowninmachineryorequipment,breakdownoftransport,wars,civildisturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.

According to the new regulation imposed by the Hong Kong Government on disposable plastic products, the hotel can no longer provide free plastic bottled water and disposable plastic toiletries such as combs, toothbrushes and toothpastes in guest undefined rooms.

Canton Fair is a peak trade period. All cancellations attract strict charges:
More than 60 days prior: 25% of total cost
45–60 days prior: 50% of total cost
30–44 days prior: 75% of total cost
Less than 30 days or no-show: 100% of total cost
FOC seats are non-refundable and non-transferable
Partial cancellations may impact FOC eligibility
Visa rejection cancellations will be governed by supplier recoveries
