7 Days Classic Kenya Safari (2026)

Pickup from Nairobi with a drive to Amboseli National Park via the Mombasa highway taking approximately 4 to 5 hours. Afternoon game drive in Amboseli with opportunities to view elephants and buffalo and, weather permitting, scenic views of Mt Kilimanjaro. Overnight stay at an Amboseli tented camp or lodge.

Full day in Amboseli with morning and afternoon game drives to maximize wildlife viewing. Expect extensive elephant herds often seen in swampy areas and opportunities to observe other wildlife. An optional visit to a Maasai village is available. Overnight at the same camp.

Drive from Amboseli to Lake Naivasha traveling through the scenic Great Rift Valley. Options include a boat ride on Lake Naivasha and a walking safari at Crescent Island to view birds and wildlife up close. Overnight at a Naivasha lodge.

Morning transfer from Lake Naivasha to Lake Nakuru. Game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park focusing on the rhino sanctuary and large flamingo populations, with chances to spot lions and other wildlife. Overnight at a Nakuru lodge.

Drive from Nakuru to the Masai Mara taking around 5 to 6 hours depending on conditions. Arrive in time for an evening game drive to begin exploring the Mara ecosystem. Overnight at a Mara tented camp.
