Today after breakfast full day excursion to Maduri lake, Bumla Pass and China Border, & The Tawang Gompa is definitely the high point of the town, with a commanding view of the splendid valleys beyond with a commanding view of the splendid valleys beyond. Also visit the War memorial. Evening free for shopping and leisure. Overnight in Tawang.

We will start our Tawang Monastery Tour after breakfast. The Monastery was established in the 15th century by Lama Urgen Sangpo, war memorial .
Tawang Monastery is almost 400 years old and accommodates over 500 monks and houses priceless Buddhist texts and scriptures. Tawang Monastery is blessed with an 18 feet high statue of Lord Buddha situated at 10,000ft among the exotic Himalayan mountain ranges overlooking the Tawang-Chu valley.

Later we will visit the War Memorial commemorating the bravery of the Indian Soldiers of the Indo- China war of 1962. Witness the light & sound show in the evening. Over night at Hotel in Tawang.

Early morning, drive to Jang to get a breath taking view of waterfalls (Nuranang falls). Pay homage at the Jashwant Garh Indo Chinese War Memorial and down hill drive (185km, 7hrs) to Dirang. Overnight at Hotel at Dirang.

Early Morning after breakfast visit the famous Maa Kamakhya Temple on the Nilachal Hills (10kms) – a seat of the tantric cult in India and one of the 108 Shakti Pethas in the country & explore local market at Guwahati. Later transfer to Guwahati Airport for the onward journey.
