Day 1 Shimla → Barot Valley

Distance: ~180 km | Drive Time: 7–8 Hours Your Himalayan adventure begins with pickup from Shimla or Chandigarh. Enjoy a scenic drive through pine forests and mountain villages before reaching the peaceful Barot Valley. Highlights: Scenic mountain drive · Pandoh Dam viewpoint · Riverside cafés · Explore Barot Valley · Evening bonfire (seasonal) Overnight stay in Barot Valley.

Day 2 Barot → Prashar Lake → Palampur → Dharamshala

Distance: ~190 km | Drive Time: 8–9 Hours After breakfast, head towards the stunning Prashar Lake, famous for its floating island and ancient temple. Continue through the lush tea gardens of Palampur before arriving in Dharamshala.
