Amazing North East India Tour

Meet & Greet on arrival at NJP Railway Station / IXB Airport & transfer to Gangtok (5,500 ft.). On arrival Check-in to hotel & rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at Gangtok.

After breakfast start for an excursion to Changu Lake (12,312 ft.) & Baba Mandir (13,200 ft.) which is 55 kms from Gangtok city each way (Starts 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM). Overnight stay at Gangtok. 
Optional tour to Nathula Pass (Alt 14000Ft.) on China Border can also be arranged (Except Mon, Tue) for Indian Nationals only at an additional cost & documents required 7 days prior to departure for Nathula pass. Please note Nathula Pass permits are issued on the day of travel only as per availability and once the permit is issued the amount will be non refundable.

This morning (Starts 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM) for a half day trip of Gangtok city covering Banjhakri Falls/Bakthang Falls, Cottage Industry and Handicraft Centre (Sunday Closed), Flower show, Dro-dul Chorten & Institute of Tibetology (Sunday Closed). Afternoon transfer to Darjeeling (6,710 ft.), Enjoy scenic beauty of Rangeet River Valley on the way. On arrival check in to hotel. Overnight stay at Darjeeling.

Early Morning at 4:00 am drive to Tiger hill to watch the sunrise over Mt. Kanchenjunga (28,208 ft. Worlds 3rd highest peak), on your way back visit Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop. After breakfast visit Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Zoological Park (Thursday closed), Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Refugee self-help Centre (Sunday closed), Tea Garden 
Optional Evening (4PM - 6 PM) Toy Train Joy Ride can be done on this day at an additional cost. (Tickets can be booked online through IRCTC {From – DJ To - DJRZ} & cab waiting charges would be applicable if required)
