Moving further from Jaipur will go to Udaipur . Now Get ready for a sightseeing tour of Udaipur, also known as the 'City of Lakes'. Enjoy boat rides on Pichola Lake or Fateh Sagar Lake, or simply spend some leisure time strolling on their banks. The City Palace is a prominent historical building that stands on the banks of Lake Pichola. Interestingly, the construction of this monument was initiated by Maharana Udai Singh, and as the time progressed, several rulers added other palaces and structures to the complex of this monument. A visit to the museum in the complex is a must where on display is a huge collection of old coins, inscriptions, antique paintings and weapons. 

After freshen up , Next, visit the beautiful Jagdish Temple that is dedicated to Lord Vishnu. This three-storey temple is an excellent example of the Indo-Aryan style of architecture. Built in 1651 by Maharana Jagat Singh I, the temple has a black stone deity of the Hindu God, Vishnu. You will be mesmerised by the beauty of the carvings that grace the temple walls. Other tourist attractions, including Gulab Bagh and Maharana Pratap Memorial are next on the list. Famous for its variety of roses, Gulab Bagh is the largest garden in the state. The day ends with a visit to the Maharana Pratap Memorial that is situated atop a hill called Moti Magri. The memorial has a bronze statue of the Rajput king Maharana Pratap on his faithful horse, Chetak.
