  We booked a trip to Andaman with IXZ EXPLORER and the travel agent was awesome. He handled our entire trip from flight, to rental car, to hotel to shows.   We went for Andaman Nicobar Islands tour in last week of February 24. We planned the tour independently. Fortunately, we found Reference of M/S Subarna Tour for our ex-port blair journey, who made things very easy, simple and adorable. In fact I was not very sure about the kind of service they would provide though promised. But to my surprise Mr. Arindam Banerjee, the owner of Subarna tours and Travels managed it so excellently that right from airport pickup till airport drop at the end of the tour, everything went on so elegantly that we did not miss a single sight seeing point. All along the tour his is assistant Mr Sudarshan and our driver cum guide helped us understand places in detail, which was fantabulous and unforgettable.He is truly an asset for the firm.Timely drop and pick up is highly appreciated.   We have booked the 5N/6D packages for Andaman tour in the month of Dec-2018 on the basis of reference by one of my friend. Initially, I was hesitant to book the ticket with "Mas tour and travels" because of very little presence of the Mas travel agency on the internet and the new startup. But when I finished my tour with this company, my initial apprehension about cheating/ poor services proved wrong. The services provided by the travel agency was very excellent. The itinerary consist of local sight seeing with dedicated AC vehicle including premium hotel rooms at these three locations --Port blair, Neil island and Havelock beach. Our tour was very memorable as this is our second visit after the gap of 18 years. The hotels at all these locations especially the resort at havelock beach - "Nk Havelock Eco Resort" is simply beautiful. it is very beautiful resort with swimming pool. The support provided by the agencies personnel at neil island, havelock and Port blair is the best. The hospitality shown by mr Ajay Kumar and care taken by him about our stay, friendly environment and efforts taken by him to cover maximum spot are beyond description. ...more

  I visited Andaman from 27Nov16 to 3dec16. I had very few knowledge about the site visiting in Andaman when I actually planned the trip.We didn't know about the schedule of some islands like when they are opened for public. We were also late in terms of ferry booking. So overall we had our flight tickets and hotel bookings in our hand. We had no idea about ferry timings as well. On first day when I landed on port blair, I booked a cab and went to my Hotel. At the reception counter, I asked about the various sites which can be visited and also told them about my plan.But they said,better to contact some travel agent. They gave me Mr Shakeel's number. When Mr Shakeel arrived at the hotel, I informed me about my hotel bookings and about the duration of stay. He said I should have planned my trip little early as all ferry bookings are almost done. He also explained me about what can be visited first and what can be left for my next trip. Jouly Bouy island was my first choice to visit but he said we are having a very less time and next day is a weekly off there. My wife was worried about the trip as she thought we cannot visit those sites for which we have planned. But he said we can still visit the place if we left the hotel in next 15 minutes. We didn't give it a second thought and said yes. He has arranged a Cab for us to travel around 25-30 km from where ferry for Jouly Bouy island is departed. Cab driver was also very genuine and honest about the queries we asked during our journy. He has arranged everything like taking permit to visit the island and getting us ferry tickets. We had the mist beautiful time during our visit to jouly Bouy island. When we came back,the cab driver was waiting for our pick up. He suggested us to visit one more site but we were tired and asked him to drop us at hotel. Like our first day,Mr Shakkel has arranged everything we demanded. He baught us our ferry tickets to visit havelock and Neil Island without taking any extra commission. He has planned our trip with very reasonable rate and he was also very confident that we will have out best moments when we are in Andaman, He asked us to pay only after we are satisfied with our trip. He was very supportive and I recommended my few friends to contact him before there visit. Thank You Mr Shakeel for making our trip most memorable. Keep up the good work Cheers. ...more
