  A life-changing experience indeed! 7 Wonders Safaris was perfect in every respect on this 6-day classic camping safari. The baobab-strewn fields of Tarangire are like a dream - seeing hundreds of elephants heading towards the river in the evening felt like I was inside the documentary. I saw the famous tree-climbing lions at Lake Manyara, resting on acacia trees (our guide was the first to find out!). ). In the boundless wilderness of Serengeti, I saw cheetahs hunting, swarms of millions of wildebeest. Ngorongoro Crater was the end of the epic - rhinos, hippos and flamingos in the same volcanic bowl. Camping was comfortable (hot shower, great bush dinner) Guide Musa's knowledge and humor made it unforgettable. It's worth every penny! ...more

  This 12-day private safari was a dream come true for our family. From spotting a lion in the Maasai Mara National Reserve to spotting a flock of pink flamingos in Lake Nakuru - every day was incredible. Elephant watching in the backdrop of snow capped mountains of Kilimanjaro in Amboseli National Park is an absolutely priceless experience. And seeing the numerous wildebeest migrations in Serengeti National Park, it seemed like we were watching the world's largest nature drama live.   I am an ardent traveller and thus I planned to visit WILDLIFE SANCTUARIES in Tanzania. On searching the net I selected Open Earth Tours for the Tour Package. The reason being the itinerary, selection of hotels and a very competitive price. The itinerary covered all the major sanctuaries Lake Manyara, Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Tarangire. The safari vehicle was excellent and the Tour Guide was so well versed with area that he took us to the location where the action was. We could observe Lions chasing buffalo, Cheetah chasing deer, Elephants, Buffalos, Leopards, Girrafe, Zebras and what not ?. The Tour manager was in constant touch with us enquiring about the Tour. The whole tour was excellently planned right from airport pick up till airport drop. Whlie Airport drop the tour manager went out of the way & took me the Mount Kilimanjaro sighting point.   I never thought I would travel to Africa. When I booked, I got more than what I had read about their services on the Nyayo Tours website. Guide Frank was strangely knowledgeable; he brought life to places in silence. During the entire trip, no one seemed to let me go without anything I didn't need. Our car even had a phone charger and a freezer to keep cold water - these little conveniences add up when you're on safari for hours. ...more
