  Every day of my eight-day short Grass Plains Migration Safari in December was full with new experiences. It is truly amazing to see thousands of wildebeest and their young in the Ndutu area. Watching lions and cheetahs during the game drive in Serengeti was the best part of the entire trip. I enjoyed the bird life at Lake Manyara.   I am an ardent traveller and thus I planned to visit WILDLIFE SANCTUARIES in Tanzania. On searching the net I selected Open Earth Tours for the Tour Package. The reason being the itinerary, selection of hotels and a very competitive price. The itinerary covered all the major sanctuaries Lake Manyara, Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Tarangire. The safari vehicle was excellent and the Tour Guide was so well versed with area that he took us to the location where the action was. We could observe Lions chasing buffalo, Cheetah chasing deer, Elephants, Buffalos, Leopards, Girrafe, Zebras and what not ?. The Tour manager was in constant touch with us enquiring about the Tour. The whole tour was excellently planned right from airport pick up till airport drop. Whlie Airport drop the tour manager went out of the way & took me the Mount Kilimanjaro sighting point.   We did a 6-day Serengeti Migration Tour with Seven Wonders Safaris, and it was one of the most memorable trips of our lives. The guide was experienced and sincere; every game drive was exciting. The sight of thousands of wildebeest crossing the Mara River brought tears to the eyes. Accommodation, food, and service were all excellent. There was no lack of safety and comfort throughout the trip. It is undoubtedly the perfect package to enjoy the nature of Africa with family or friends. It's highly recommended! ...more
